At 6:20 am Monday morning, Brentwood Police and East Contra Costa Firefighters responded to a report of an overturned cement truck at Balfour and the Bypass.
Upon arrival, crews located the driver who was out of the Byron Rock & Ready cement truck and was not injured in the crash. Police stated the incident was east of the Bypass.
Police stated the cement truck was fully loaded and that the incident has shut down eastbound Balfour and a commercial tow was requested.
