Brentwood: Discoteca Diaz Robbed at Gun Point

by ECT

The Brentwood Police Department is searching for three African American males who reportedly robbed the Discoteca Diaz store at gunpoint took off in a white van early Monday afternoon.

Discoteca Diaz is located on Brentwood Boulevard and Village and was robbed of at least $3,000 worth of jewelry—its unclear if cash or other items were also stolen. Police blocked off the entrance to the store to collect evidence and interview witnesses. Broken glass was also visible in the store front.

According to one witness on scene, the three men ran out of the store and through an alleyway to the Village Community Resource Center where one man tried to stop them, but he told police that they pulled a gun on him and fire it across the facility and into the grass—the man got out of the way and the suspects fled.

Another neighbor in the center reported they got into a white van with a partial license plate of “999” .

It appears no one was injured in the robbery. If you have any information on this robbery, please contact the Brentwood Police Department.

The Brentwood Police have not put out an official statement yet on the robbery.

The photographs below show the store front and the Village Community Resource Center where police did a fine job in locating the shots fired and collected additional evidence.

Very sad. 🙁 They are located next to one of my fave Mexican restaurants – Birreria (not sure I spelled that right). I’ve purchased music cd’s from that store before.

I thought Obama was going to fix all this unemployment and help the African Americans get out of this type of activity. Soon it will be the illegals from Mexico because they are about to get amnesty. America is really failing under this government. I hope the police catch up with the robbers. Thank God no one was injured.
