The San Ramon Police Department announced the arrest of a Bay Point man in a March 2 bank robbery at Wells Fargo Bank inside of Nob Hill.
On Wednesday, police announced that as a result of their investigation, San Ramon Police arrested 23 year old Bay Point resident David M. Beardon.
Police say Beardon approached the bank’s counter and gave the teller a note which demanded money and said he had a gun. No weapon was seen by any of the employees or witnesses.
Beardon is being held at the Martinez Detention Facility for a violation of Penal Code 211 (Robbery) with a bail of $100,000.
