Attorney General Candidate Anne Marie Schubert Announces Fundraising Total of Over $1 Million Two Months Into Race

by ECT

Sacramento, CA – Anne Marie Schubert, candidate for Attorney General, announced last week an impressive fundraising total of over 1 million dollars for the campaign’s first financial reporting period.

The hundreds of donors fueling Anne Marie’s campaign come from all walks of life, all geographic regions of California, and all political affiliations—community leaders, concerned citizens, law enforcement leaders, business leaders, educators, and Californians from throughout our state. These donors include Democrats, Republicans, and No Party Preference voters from across the political spectrum.

This fundraising total clearly demonstrates that Anne Marie is the only candidate in the race who will have the financial resources to take on appointed Attorney General, Rob Bonta, in next year’s election.

“I am humbled and grateful for the broad base of support shown by Californians from all walks of life,” said Candidate Anne Marie Schubert. “What these contributors share is the common belief that crime in California is spiraling out of control. The failed policies of politicians like Rob Bonta and rogue prosecutors like George Gascón and Chesa Boudin are the chief cause of California’s chaos.”

As the national crime wave begins to dominate political debates throughout the country, Anne Marie Schubert is the most experienced candidate in the Attorney General race, having over 31 years of experience as a prosecutor and public safety advocate

Sacramento County District Attorney, Anne Marie Schubert. is an internationally recognized law enforcement leader; famous for her successful prosecutions in cases such as the Golden State Killer, the Second Story Rapist, Californian unemployment fraud (EDD), and other well-known criminal cases. She entered the Attorney General Race on April 26, 2021, and in just over two months has totaled over $1 million for her campaign for Attorney General.
