  • 4/8 – Lone Tree Way: MALE W/ GREEN SHIRT BLU HAT THREATENING RP WITH KNIFE AND OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL

 

Burglary – Commercial

  • 4/11 – Lone Tree Way: BREAK IN THRU THE BACK BY PUNCHING A HOLE THROUGH THE WALL

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 4/8 – Jefferson Dr: RP’S DOOR BROKEN AND MEDICATION TAKEN. RP UNSURE WHAT ELSE WAS TAKEN. RP HAD BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL AND RETURNED THIS MORNING. HOUSE HAS BEEN CLEARED

 

Grand Theft

  • 4/5 – Minnesota Ave: CATALYTIC CONVERTER TAKEN OFF RV
  • 4/7 – Sand Creek Rd: OVER $1400 WORTH OF ITEMS TAKEN.
  • 4/10 – Lone Tree Way: IN CUSTODY TOTAL AS OF NOW $1700.

 

Petty Theft

  • 4/7 – Lone Tree Way: ELDERLY WFA RED HAT JUST TOOK SOME SHOES. ASSOC VEH SIL SEDAN
  • 4/7 – Turnberry Ct: RP MISSING A PACKAGE FROM EBAY SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT HE DID NOT RECEIVE IT. EBAY TOLD HIM TO GET A PD REPORT TO FILE HIS CLAIM.
  • 4/8 – Mendota St: SUSPECT TAKING MAIL
  • 4/9 – Christenson St: RP HEARD A SAW, CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS TAKEN FROM VEH
  • 4/10 – Balfour Rd: 3 SUBJS JUST WALKED OUT W/3 CARTONS OF RED BULL, LEFT IN A BLU NISSAN ALTIMA

 

Restraining/Court Order violation

  • 4/6 – Spanish Bay Dr: FAMILY ISSUE NO WEAPONS.
  • 4/6 – Orchard Dr: RIDING AROUND IN CIRCLES AROUND HOUSE AND RP SAYING HE’S VIOLATING THE ORDER

 

Suspicious Circumstance

  • 4/9 – Village Dr: TENANT ADV HER THERE WAS A BULLET HOLE IN HER CEILING. NOW HAVE TENANT CALLING IN ADV SHE HEARD VERBAL IN THE MORNING AROUND 0930. HEARD A LOUD NOISE. CAN SEE HOLE IN CEILING AND WALL WHERE BULLET IS POSS AT

 

Vehicle Tampering

  • 4/9 – Pescara Blvd: UNK DESC MALE W/MASK LT GRY HOODY NEG WPNS LOOKED INSIDE RPS GOLD CHEVY PU TRK, OPENED THE DOOR AND ALARM WENT OFF. THE SUBJ LEFT ON FOOT DOT COMPAGLIA.

 

Vehicle Theft

  • 4/7 – Tropicana Lane: DIRT BIKE TAKEN FROM GARAGE OCC’D OVERNIGHT. YELLOW 1985 YAMAHA YZ50
