It’s just hard to imagine how this happened. . .so, the car owner had left the car running in the driveway, presumably to warm up the cold car. He turned his back for a few minutes, and no fewer than THREE people thought it would be a good idea to hop into the running car and take off in it. Were these three people neighborhood regulars, familiar with the layout and expecting the driver to leave the running car in the driveway? Were they just three out-of-their-heads tweakers who happened by in a once-in-a-lifetime event? Or were they actively patrolling the streets looking for an opportunity, such a a running car in a driveway, which suggests that they do this on a regular basis? Who are these car thieves, and why are they loose on the streets in Antioch? Were they on parole? Who is the missing man? The two accomplices in custody do know whom they were with, right? Were the automobile owner’s house keys stolen along with the car keys when the car was taken? Should be a lot of lock changing going on, if so.

They obviously are not familiar with the commute traffic on Hwy 4 at that time of the morning?! How far did they think they were going to get? Hope they get the third guy!

They probably have never driven in commute traffic before, you gotta have a job to do that, and the other 2 girls were probably picked up after the car was stolen by the driver, think about.
