A vehicle crash at 2:49 am Saturday shut down all lanes of eastbound Highway 4 at San Marcos. By 3:16 am all lanes of traffic were blocked. By 3:46 am, lanes #4 and 5 were re-opened and by 5:03 am, all lanes of traffic were open.
No details of the crash have been released, however, below is the CHP log.

Why are there so many crashes in that San Marcos area? You can see tire skid marks all over it. Where is CHP? People drive in the HOV lanes alone … I’ve called CHP numerous times and they rarely arrive. This has to stop. The state could make millions just on those HOV cheaters alone.
You can thank your Governor for not enough CHP Officers! He would rather apply the states taxpayer income to protect illegals and line his pockets.
