Pittsburg: Motorhome on Fire Between Two Homes

At 5:40 pm Monday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters were dispatched to a report of a motorhome on fire in the 80 block of Alvarado Ave in the City of Pittsburg.

While units were responding, a column of black smoke was reported and the District upgraded to a structure response. Battalion 8 arrived on scene to a report the motorhome on fire with wires down and possible extension into the home.

As of 5:50 pm, it was reported although there was smoke inside a home, no fire extension had occurred.
