The police used tear gas to stop these scumbags from destroying private property and businesses. That was a good move! Why is Oakland’s Chief of Police apologizing for his people doing THE RIGHT THING! People were trying to protect their businesses against the mob! The Chief should give each one of his officers a medal and a nice increase in pay.
I agree! A friend who build a great business in Oakland managed to protect it by brandishing an uzi. More people should have done that. That stopped the nonsense! Another hired armed security guard whose presence helped save his business.
So much for the apology tour! Oakland’s police have been defunded by several million. Now, they have had 56 killings and we know that more are coming. Quite a few of the cops have left (and who can blame them?). Nice going, Oakland city leaders! Nice going! Let’s see where that gets you.
Let’s see how the folks in Oakland like it now that their idiotic leadership has defunded their much needed police.
Already, more than 50 people there were killed already. How many more will suffer the same fate? Many cops are leaving. Why do these city’s do things backwards? Let’s see how Chief Armstrong does with his apology tour.
