At 6:30 am Monday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District was dispatched to a report of a two vehicle crash at Vasco Road north of Camino Diablo at the request of the California Highway Patrol.
According to CHP, the vehicles were blocking the slow lane and were stuck together and unable to move.
