Today: First Generation Farmers Host Fun Day on the Farm

Today, the public is invited to celebrate the First Generation Farmers 3rd year anniversary with a Free Fun Day on the Farm!

The free event is open to the public which includes workshops on composting, wine tasting, gardening, greenhouses, animal care, also livestock petting, veggie picking, kids zone, food, etc.

• When: Monday, September 12, 2016 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM (PDT)
• Where: First Generation Farmers – 1230 Delta Road, Brentwood, CA 94513

Here is a schedule of the workshops:

• 4:00 pm – Getting the family back to the dinner table quickly
• 4:30 pm – horse care
• 5:00 pm – flower arrangements
• 5:30 pm – gardening 101
• 6:00 pm – Compost & Compost Tea
• 6:30 pm – Backyard Bee Keeping
• 7:00 pm – Incubator Program

*during the 4-7 pm program, the band Nova will have live performances
