Supervisor Federal Glover Opens New District Office in Pittsburg

by ECT

On Thursday, Contra Costa County Supervisor Federal Glover held a ribbon cutting in conjunction with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce to open his new office.

Located at 190 East 4th Street in Pittsburg, the newly remodeled officer features a large community room open to the public along with officers for Glover and his staff.

“We are very proud to come back to my humble roots in the downtown area of Pittsburg. This has been a major undertaking, but certainly we came through it with the joy of working with everyone who we worked with,” said Glover.

Glover noted that over the years, he had not had a building, but rather was a hand-off from former Supervisor Joe Canciamilla.

“This is also an opportunity for the city of Pittsburg to showcase this building and show people what can be done,” said Glover. “Some of the buildings that our empty, this shows some of the opportunity that is here. One of the bigger reason as I go forward with the Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative, we are closer to the water.”

Glover noted the waterfront program is designed to create jobs and bring people to the waterfront areas.

The office and remodel cost $500,000 which included 6-months of rent.

This move is a long-awaited branch organization to quiet the “unprecedented political turmoil” derived from Hercules City, according to Governor Brown.
Dan Romero, Mayor in 2016 and Mayor-to-be for 2019 needs to be recalled or be forced to resigned, because of the financial misallocation for his HOA lawsuit filed against his own city on Landslide issues (Case/Concealed in City Agenda MSC16-02378, REfugio Heights HOA V.City of Hercules, against whom I filed a claim because of the undisclosed grant transferred to City Reserve Account “$805,072” and “$2,250,980 (undisclosed Cash Grant)” in the State Finance Department dated leter of April 15, 2015″ submitted by City of Hercules, per Agenda January 24 (?), 2017. David C. Biggs has been writing grants and Orbison filed a Grand Jury Complaint on Dec 15, 2015, at which time this money was transferred after having harassed Orbison to prevent her from speaking and passed the Agenda in question.
Appellate Court ordered to respond to Orbison’s Appeal on “Vexatious Litigant Prefiling Order,” requiring Orbison’s nonprofit Bay Area Diversified Tennis Foundation from getting a permission from the court to file a new lawsuit, and Vexatious Litigant Order which was entered with fraudulent court records on Pil Orbison in order to get the judgements and Orders against Orbison to claim on Orbison’s nonprofit documents and grants in City of Hercules’s David C. Biggs’ and Dan Romero’s ‘concealed’ agreement. The peculiarity of this lawsuit is the way in which Judy Yamamoto Soriano is acting as ‘city employee’ in order to enforce ‘her’ Restraining Order that prohibits Orbison from coming closer than “10 foot radius from Judy Yamamoto Soriano at City Meetings and “100-yards from Judy Yamamoto Soriano, including at public tennis courts. The trial court Judge David Goldstein believed Judy Soriano’s contention that City Hall is larger than the “10 times the courtroom,” therefore it won’t violate Orbison’s Constitutional Right, to Free Speech and Brown Act, at City Meetings. The city of Hercules is where nonprofit project and grant-writing documents were submitted but city possessed for grant writing purposes. The City of Hercules has unclean hands and RDA was undissolved officially, wherefore, lots of crimes of Money Embezzlement and abuse of power occurred centeerd around David C. Biggs/new City Manager since June 10, 2014, Myrna de Vera, Mayor in 2014 and 2016, since RDA was officially undissolved as of December 2013, although it was filed, because the only RDA agent Mayor in 2014 and 2017 Myrna de Vera started continuously having served as Mayor to conspire to take over Orbison’s nonprofit business which was named after City of Hercules, after it was amended to the current name Bay Area Diversified Tennis Foundation as of October 24, 2014, albeit these amended and former names share the same TAX ID and State nonprofit ID.
Orbison calls for Amicus Curiae for Oral Argument for Case A151912, District Four, and Amicus Curiae for A150160, District Three (Soriano V. Orbison) will be appealed to Federal Supreme Court. All involved defendants must be prosecuted for what they have been contemplating to achieve with financial rip off out of Orbison’s investment made out of Orbison’s minor nephew in Korea since 2012. For the former, City of Hercules Respondents and Soriano’s Response to Orbison’s Appellant Brief is due on June 15, 2018, and the later for Appeal to U.S. Supreme court is sooner the better. Remittitur issued as of May 06, 2018 by the California Supreme Court leaving a little time for Orbison to file the Writ of Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. (90 days), because the appellant Opening Brief was due on May 16, 2018.
