The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between September 8 through October 4 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

During this time period, here is an overview: 7 assaults, 5 auto thefts, 9 burglary (theft from auto), 7 business burglaries, 6 residential burglaries, 15 DUI’s, 5 grand thefts, 6 H&S violations, 14 narcotics violations, 6 other-violations, 2 parole/probation violations, 3 robberies, 22 warrant arrests, 3 weapons violations

Assault

  • 9/11 – Second St.: Altercation between multiple subjects.
  • 9/13 – Bosk Ave: INV-1 pushed VIC-1 off his property after INV-2 came on the property without
    permission. All parties declined prosecution for any offenses.
  • 9/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR battered VIC. ARR to Juvenile Hall.
  • 9/29 – Snapdragon Way: RES battered VIC during a verbal dispute. RES fled the area prior to BPD arriving on scene.
  • 9/30 – Katherine Ct.: RES and VIC in a verbal argument that turned physical. RES pushed and hit VIC in the face. No prosecution desired.
  • 10/1 – Mojave Dr.: VIC reported being assaulted by ARR. ARR released on a juvenile affidavit.
  • 10/2 – Brentwood Blvd: RES-1 battered RES-2 and RES-3. Later in the same incident, RES-3 battered RES-1 and RES-2 battered RES-1. All parties declined prosecution.

Auto Theft

  • 9/20 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VIC vehicle overnight.
  • 9/21 – Blumen Ave: Unknown RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Vehicle was entered into SVS.
  • 9/25 – Granville Ln: RES stole VIC’s vehicle from street in front of residence. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 9/29 – Brentwood Blvd: RES took VIC’s vehicle without her consent. The vehicle was located in Oakland.
  • 10/4 – Arlington Way: VIC’S vehicle was stolen.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 9/8 – Glenwillow Dr.: Unidentified responsible(s) entered locked VEH; taking camera equipment. No signs of forced entry. Occurred between 9/7/15 approximately 1830 hours and 9/8/15 approximately 1000 hours.
  • 9/11 – Sand Creek: RES smashed VIC’s rear passenger window of VEH and took miscellaneous items. Approximate loss $750.
  • 9/14 – Beachwood Cm: Responsible entered locked vehicle and removed luggage and laptop computer. Occurred between 2230 on 9/13/15 and 0730 hours on 9/14/15
  • 9/18 – Ellesmere Ct.: RES broke into locked VEH and stole $5,000+ worth of tools and property including red tool bag containing miketa drills and other tools.
  • 9/24 – Connor Way: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle via the rear passenger window. RES attempted to steal the VEH and damaged the ignition. RES stole pens and loose change.
  • 9/27 – Sycamore Ave: VIC-1’s vehicle broken into overnight RES stole VIC-2’s Louis Vuitton purse. Total loss $100.
  • 9/28 – Dawnview Dr.: Responsible took ipod and golf clubs from victim’s vehicle while parked in driveway of his residence.
  • 9/28 – Sand Creek Rd: RES smashed VIC’s window and stole purse. Occurred 1600-1605 hours.
  • 9/30 – Cheshire Dr.: Responsible(s) took tools, wallet, and speakers from victim’s locked vehicle.

Burglary – Business

  • 9/8 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1, ARR-2, and RES-1 committed a commercial burglary and were apprehended following a vehicle and foot pursuits in the city of Antioch. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were booked into MDF and RES-1 remains outstanding as of this original report.
  • 9/18 – Second St.: RES attempted to gain entry into business. Occd at 0117 hrs.
  • 9/21 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES forced entry into business. Approximately $1514 taken from safe.
  • 9/23 – Balfour Rd: RES made entry into the business by breaking the glass front door. The loss was approximately $300.00 in cash and a grey, metal, Sentry Safe.
  • 9/23 – Belfour: RES-1, RES-2, & RES-3 stole property from business. RES’ led officers on a vehicle
    pursuit, which was subsequently terminated.
  • 9/24 – Balfour Rd: Unidentified RES smashed window of business and gained entry. RES stole $700 worth of property before fleeing the scene.
  • 9/29 – Sand Creek Road: RES-1 and RES-2 stole two Apple IPhone and three Samsung Galaxy S6s from the display case. Loss was $3,645.00 in property.

Burglary – Residential

  • 9/9 – Minnesota Ave: RES forced entry into VIC’s residence through her rear door at approximately 1235 hours. There was no loss.
  • 9/14 – Gabriella Ln: Unknown RES gained entry into occupied home through an unlocked window and stole property.
  • 9/15 – Walnut Blvd: VIC reported that her medication, gold bracelets, and silverware were stolen from her residence. No sign of forced entry. Total loss is approximately $1210.
  • 9/22 – Broderick Dr.: RES entered VIC residence by unknown means and stole a laptop. Occ’d 09/20-09/21/2015 1030-2330 hrs.
  • 9/24 – Meadow Brook Dr.: Unknown RES gained entry into home through an unlocked window and stole multiple firearms and electronics.
  • 10/2 – Fairview Ave: VIC found residence burglarized and vandalized.

DUI

  • 9/8 – Somersby Way: V-1 ran off the roadway and collided with a tree. P-1 was determined to be DUI and transported to BPD for a chemical sample and later released on a PTA. V-1 was towed.
  • 9/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted for wrong way driving on his motorcycle and fled from pursuing officer. ARR was later apprehended and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/18 – Walnut Blvd: ARR involved in traffic collision and later determined to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ARR was transported to Kaiser where blood sample was taken and later booked at MDF.
  • 9/18 – Oak St.: ARR stopped for VC violation, determined to be DUI. ARR released on signed PTA.
  • 9/19 – Second St.: ARR stopped for vehicle code violations. ARR to MDF
  • 9/19 – First St.: ARR stopped for vehicle violation. ARR found to be under the influence of alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/19 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for traffic violations and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/20 – Bypass Highway 4: ARR stopped for traffic violations and found to be too intoxicated to be driving. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/23 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was stopped for CVC violations and determined to be DUI. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked.
  • 9/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for CVC violations and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/27 – Mint Dr.: ARR contacted after RP reported roommate HBD and drove to liquor store. ARR contacted while leaving store, found to be DUI. ARR to MDF
  • 10/1 – San Jose Ave: ARR contacted for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR cleared at CCCRMC. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/2 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was stopped for VCOO and determined to be DUI. Vehicle was towed and stored. ARR was released on PTA.
  • 10/2 – Hazel Ct.: RP (911 caller) reported ARR to be driving while intoxicated. ARR located and refused FST’s. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/2 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation and suspicion of DUI. ARR determined to be DUI and transported to MDF. Vehicle parked at scene.

Fraud

  • 9/8 – Sand Creek: RES-1, RES-2, and RES-3, used false checks to purchase merchandise at Home Goods and TJMaxx. Total loss was over $2100.00.
  • 9/15 – Mendota St.: RES deposited a forged $900.00 check into his bank account using VIC’s check. VIC did not authorize RES to deposit check.

Grand Theft

  • 9/8 – Cosmos Ct.: Unidentified responsible(s) entered unlocked VEH; taking golf clubs, golf bag and laptop. Occurred between 9/3/15 and 9/8/15 approximately 1100 hours.
  • 9/26 – Balfour Rd: Someone stole VIC’s wedding ring from her residence. No forced entry. Possibly occurred during an open house event. Originally reported online.
  • 9/26 – St. Andrews Dr.: A pink Guess purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
  • 10/3 – Viognier Ct.: VIC discovered jewelry missing after moving company moved her belongings. Total loss $20,300.
  • 10/3 – Montclair Pl: RES entered unlocked vehicle and stole tools, an automotive scanner and a metal posse box containing a business checkbook.

H&S Violation

  • 9/10 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. ARR transported to MDF for booking.
  • 9/11 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted at location and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and in possession of over an ounce of marijuana. ARR resisted/delayed officers. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/12 – First St.: Contacted ARR on pedestrian stop, determined ARR to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/12 – Tresch Ave: ARR found to be in possession of marijuana, along with individual packages and a scale. ARR placed under arrest and transported to Juvenile Hall for booking.
  • 9/13 – Armstrong Way: ARR contacted after an HSOO complaint and found to be in possession of concentrated cannabis. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 9/18 – Finn Way: ARR engaged with verbal altercation with RP only. ARR found to be under the influence of an CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.

Narcotics Violation

  • 9/8 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/13 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, in possession of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR initially falsely identified himself to officers. ARR found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. ARR to…
  • 9/14 – Village Dr.: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia while on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/16 – Kayla Pl: CIT and ARR were contacted during a vehicle stop. ARR was under the influence of drugs had in possession drugs, paraphernalia, and others access cards. CIT was issued a cite and the vehicle was towed.
  • 9/18 – Slatten Ranch Rd: ARR’s contacted and determined to be in possession of controlled substances for sales. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 9/18 – Central Blvd: ARR contacted after a report of suspicious activity. ARR found to be in possession of a CNS stimulant. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 9/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES obtained prescription medication from VIC by fraudulent means several times.
  • 9/21 – City Park Way: ARR-1 was arrested for possession of methamphetamine (1.4 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and a PRCS violation. ARR-2 was arrested for a no bail, misdemeanor warrant out of Santa Cara County for 417(A)(1) PC, 242/243(A) PC, and 166(C)(1) PC. ARR- 1 and ARR-2 were both transported to MDF.
  • 9/21 – Oak St.: ARR1 was contacted and found to have a felony warrant for narcotics sales and was in possession of narcotics. ARR2 and ARR3 were both on felony probation and in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. ARRs to MDF.
  • 9/22 – Griffith: ARR was contacted and found to have a cite-release warrant out of Kern County for failure to appear. ARR was issued a court date and released on a PTA.
  • 9/23 – Las Flores Dr.: ARR contacted regarding a suspicious person call and found to be too intoxicated to care for his safety. ARR also was in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/25 – Empire Ave: ARR contacted during a restraining order violation involving RES. RES fled scene prior to police arrival. ARR found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 9/26 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
  • 9/29 – Sand Creek Road: ARR was arrested for trespassing and possession of methamphetamine

Other Violations

  • 9/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR1 was found to be in possession of shaved keys while on probation for vehicle theft. ARR2 was found to be in possession of four credit cards not belonging to him and shaved keys. ARRs to MDF
  • 9/13 – Pippo Ave: RES shot VIC’s residence and vehicle.
  • 9/17 – Sand Creek Rd: RES discharged a fire extinguisher in a movie theater.
  • 9/18 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted at location and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR threatened officers with violence if he was not released. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/23 – Oak St.: ARR1 provided tobacco products to a minor and was consuming alcohol with minors. ARR2 provided a false ID to investigating officers and was too intoxicated to care for his
    own safety. ARR1 was released from the scene on a PTA, and ARR2 was released to his
    guardian on a juvenile affidavit.
  • 10/4 –Chestnut St.: ARR contacted during a consensual encounter. ARR provided a false name to police officers. ARR released on PTA.

Outside Assist

  • 9/29 – McIntosh Tr.: Two of INV-1’s dogs were in a fight. INV-1 sustained injuries as a result of her trying to separate the two dogs. She was ultimately self-transported to the hospital. The dogs continued to fight until INV-2 shot the more aggressive one. Animal Control responded
    and they captured the aggressive dog.

Parole/Probation Violations

  • 9/9 – Berry Lane: RES was found to be in violation of her probation for driving with alcohol in her blood.
  • 9/23 – Orchard Dr.: RES was contacted for VC violations and was found to be involved in narcotics sales. Case forwarded to probation.

Petty Theft

  • 9/9 – Kayla Pl: SUS stole utilities in a marijuana grow house operation.
  • 9/11 – Business Center Dr.: Unidentified RES entered VIC’s unlocked vehicle and took personal items. Estimated loss by VIC is $450.00.
  • 9/11 – Sand Creek: ARR stole merchandise from Raleys, and was on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/15 – Lone Tree Way: While still on scene investigating a possible theft, ARR, INV1 and INV2 exited store without paying for several Halloween costume items. ARR arrested and released on signed PTA. Items returned to owner.
  • 10/3 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stole vodka bottle from Raley’s, and was contacted at work. ARR released on a PTA after positive ID from RP.
  • 10/3 – Balfour Rd: RES left restaurant without paying her $904.22 bill.

Robbery

  • 10/1 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered business and robbed VIC at gunpoint with black semi-auto handgun. RES fled scene with approximately $800 cash.
  • 10/2 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR entered business stole $80 in cash and threatened VIC with firearm. ARR fled the scene and was later contacted in vehicle with INV-1 and INV-2. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES placed note on counter demanding money. VIC gave money to RES without incident. RES fled the scene in a silver sedan east bound on Sand Creek Road. Total loss $1,285

Vandalism

  • 9/10 – Brentwood Blvd: Responsible damaged fuel tank and drained fuel from vehicle parked behind business.
  • 9/15 – Springfield Ct.: RES caused over $3000 in damage to VIC’s vehicle with construction equipment.
  • 9/23 – Miwok Ct.: Responsible(s) entered locked residence under construction and flooded house causing an estimated $120,000 damage. No signs of forced entry.
  • 10/3 – Balfour Rd: RES’s knocked down 11 residential mailbox’s. Estimated cost of repairs is $700.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 9/19 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR fled from scene and attempted to evade officers. ARR yielded after a short pursuit. ARR found to be in possession of marijuana 28.5+ grams. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/4 – Lone Tree Way: An enforcement stop was attempted on vehicle for cvc violations. RES fled from officers and a vehicle pursuit ensued. Pursuit was terminated and RES was not located.

Warrant

  • 9/8 – Brentwood Blvd: While conducting a prisoner pick up for a Brentwood PD warrant, it was discovered another agency had issued a no-bail warrant for the subject’s arrest. The warrant was issued for domestic violence and battery related charges. The subject was transported
    to MDF.
  • 9/9 – Minnesota Ave: ARR was arrested for an outstanding warrant, out of San Bernardino County for a failure to appear. The bail amount was $10,000. She was released from the scene with the promise to appear.
  • 9/10 – Sellers Ave: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to have a citable misdemeanor warrant out of Orange County for 12500(a) CVC. ARR released on PTA.
  • 9/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have three outstanding warrants in JAWS. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/12 – City Park Way: ARR contacted for VC violations. ARR found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/16 – Bypass/Highway 4: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. CITE was released on a NTA for speeding. ARR was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest (14601.1(a) CVC and 496 PC). ARR to MDF.
  • 9/16 – Boulder St.: ARR contacted at residence and determined to have two outstanding felony warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/17 – Flowering Plum Pl: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. ARR was determined to have a warrant for battery. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/17 – Sims: ARR contacted and found to have felony warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/21 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR in lobby for H&S registration. ARR was determined to have a warrant for H&S violation. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted during a suspicious vehicle contact and determined to have a no-cite misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear from Pleasant Hill. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/22 – Sunrise Dr.: ARR contacted during a traffic stop and had a misdemeanor warrant for DUI. ARR issued a PTA.
  • 9/24 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted after officer was hailed by AMR personnel. ARR found to be wearing ankle monitors. ARR found to be in violation of CDC parole and booked into MDF on CDC warrant.
  • 9/26 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for CVC violation. ARR found to have a warrant for 14601.1(A) VC. ARR to MDF. Vehicle release to passenger.
  • 9/27 – Lone Tree Way: VEH stopped for VC violation and ARR (PAS in VEH) found to have no cite felony warrant from San Ramon PD for 182 PC, 459/460 PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/27 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted for welfare check of subject walking in traffic. ARR had two misd. warrants for drug related offenses. ARR also in possession of approx. 1 gram of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was arrested for an $25,000, felony, warrant out of the CCCSO for violating 4573.6 P.C. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/28 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have multiple outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/29 – Balfour: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to have a misdemeanor no bail warrant. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked.
  • 9/30 – Lone Tree Way: CITE was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be unlicensed. CITE’s vehicle was subsequently stored. ARR was a front passenger and was arrested for a Failure to Comply With Order of Probation warrant. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 10/1 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and provided several false names. ARR was too intoxicated to care for himself, and had four warrants for his arrest while on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/2 – Heidorn Ranch Rd.: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have outstanding felony warrant out of San Joaquin County for 10851 VC. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 9/16 – Marjoram Dr.: ARR was contacted and found to be a felon on probation with a felony warrant for identity theft and in possession of pepper spray. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/17 – Summerset Dr.: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violations. ARR-1 was found to be in possession of a handgun with a high capacity magazine. ARR-2 was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm. ARR-3 had an outstanding warrant for his arrest (211 PC, 212.5 PC, 422 PC,

  • 9/29 – McClarren Rd: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and was found to be in possession of a leaded cane in violation of his probation. ARR to MDF.
