The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between September 28 – October 9 according to information provided by Brentwood Police

Assault

  • 9/28 – First St.: VIC reported battery that took place at this location but did not desire prosecution and only wanted documentation.
  • 9/30 – Oak St.: Unknown RES battered VIC. VIC was uncooperative and did not provide BPD any information.
  • 10/2 – Sand Creek Rd: RES and VIC engaged in a physical altercation. No prosecution desired.
  • 10/3 – Oak St.: VIC 1 and VIC 2 were assaulted by known subjects.
  • 10/4 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC reports RES threatening him with a knife in an attempt to take items.
  • 10/5 – Second St.: RES grabbed VIC’s wrist three times. Occurred 9/26/16.
  • 10/7 – Brentwood Blvd: RES punched VIC in parking lot of In-N-Out Burger.
  • 10/8 – Oak St.: VIC 1 and VIC 2 were assaulted by a group of unknown males at 311 Oak Street Pub.

Auto Theft

  • 9/29 – Brentwood Blvd: RES took VEH1 from Beverly Place. Blue 1995 Honda Accord LX. Last seen on 09/14/2016.
  • 10/1 – Havenwood Ave: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission from 9/30/16 2130 to 10/1/16 1100 hrs. Veh entered into SVS.
  • 10/4 – Business Center Dr.: Victim reported her vehicle was stolen sometime between Sunday 10/02/2016 at 1700 hours and Monday 10/03/2016 at 1700 hours from Business Center Drive. The vehicle was recovered by Hayward Police Department on 10/04/2016.
  • 10/4 – Sand Creek Rd: U-Haul 10ft box truck taken on 9/30/16 overnight after RES removed key from key dropbox.
  • 10/6 – Balfour Rd: Unk RES stole VIC’s grey 2016, Nissan Sentra. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 10/7 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VIC vehicle. Entered into SVS.
  • 10/9 – Sycamore Ave: RES took VIC’s VEH without permission. VEH entered into SVS as stolen.

Burglary – Residential

  • 10/8 – Pippo Ave.: RES stole VEH and other personal property from VIC’s. RES was apprehended following a pursuit in Discovery Bay. RES to MDF, VEH stored.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 9/29 – Sand Creek Rd: Victim’s wallet taken from vehicle while parked in gym parking lot.
  • 9/30 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC confronted RES after breaking into VEH. RES fled the scene with stolen property.
  • 9/30 – Sand Creek Rd: Responsible forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and stole approximately $400 worth of property. Responsible was seen leaving in a dark older model Mercedes.
  • 10/1 – Griffith Lane: RES forced entry into VIC’s locked vehicle and stole VIC’s wallet, and childs bicycle.
  • 10/2 – Sand Creek Rd: RES shattered the front passenger side window to VIC’s vehicle. Once inside, RES stole VIC’s son’s Jurassic Park backpack.
  • 10/4 – Bougainvilla Dr.: Victim’s work truck tool box was broken into sometime between 10/03/2016 at 1900 hours and 10/04/2016 at 0900 hours. Miscellaneous hand and power tools were taken
  • 10/6 – Valdry Ct,: RES broke into VEH1 taking air compressor, and two generators.
  • 10/6 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was found to be intoxicated. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/7 – Sand Creek Rd: Vehicle window shattered and gym bag stolen.
  • 10/8 – St. Augustine Dr.: RES broke window of VIC’s vehicle and stole a backpack with text books inside. Total loss $300.00
  • 10/8 – Waterville Dr.: RES shattered the windows to VIC’s vehicle which was parked in front of his residence. Once inside of VIC’s vehicle, RES stole VIC’s Nintendo WII gaming system red Jansport backpack.

Counterfeiting

  • 9/28 – Brentwood Blvd: RES paid VIC for shoes using 14 counterfeit $20 bills.

Drunk

  • 9/30 – Second St.: ARR found to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/2 – Stonewood Dr.: ARR contacted and determined to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/5 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was found to be under the influence. ARR to MDF
  • 10/6 – Crawford Dr.: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
  • 10/9 – George Ct.: ARR was contacted at a house party. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/9 – Redhaven St.: ARR found sleeping in RP’s car. ARR was too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF

DUI

  • 9/30 – Empire Ave: ARR collided with a guard rail. ARR determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/7 – Balfour: ARR found next to disabled VEH. ARR found to be under influence of controlled substance. ARR to MDF. ARR also collided with center divide and city owned pole approx. 1 mile away.
  • 10/8 – Central Blvd: ARR was found to be driving while intoxicated. ARR cited from BPD.
  • 10/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

Embezzlement

  • 10/3 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC missing 10 cash deposits from safe accessible to employees only. Total loss estimated at $2148.55.
  • 10/6 – Sand Creek Rd: RES wrote 2 personal checks using VIC’s account.

Fraud

  • 9/28 – Pelican St.: VIC gave RES $880 worth of I-Tunes credits to settle an IRS claim via telephone. VIC later realized it was a scam and reported incident to her bank and she was advised to make a police report.
  • 9/30 – Lone tree Way: RES used VIC-1’s credit information to obtain goods.
  • 10/1 – Lone tree Way: RES used VIC’s stolen credit card and attempted multiple purchases throughout Brentwood and Antioch.

Grand Theft

  • 10/1 – Henry Hart Dr.: Unknown RES took wheels and tires off VIC’s vehicle. Total loss approximately $3,600
  • 10/2 – Sand Creek: Approximately seven subjects entered the store and stole approximately $1000 worth of clothing.
  • 10/4 – Prominent Dr.: RES took VIC’s firearm and knife out of VIC’s unlocked trunk. Approximate loss $1020
  • 10/9 – Lone Tree Way: Backpack and item scanner stolen from VIC’S unlocked truck

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 9/30 – Gann St.: ARR was contacted sleeping in her vehicle. ARR was in possession of methamphetamine. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/30 – Towncenter Tr: ARR was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 10/1 – Jane Way: ARR was contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 102 – Sycamore Ave: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. A search of ARR’s vehicle revealed heroin. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 10/2 – Santa Margherita: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be in possession of controlled substance and in violation of Misdemeanor probation terms. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 10/5 – Slatten Ranch Rd: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR released on NTA.

Other Violations

  • 10/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of burglary tools, drug paraphernalia, and in violation of felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/8 – Balfour: RES lead BPD on a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit was terminated due to unsafe driving. A second vehicle associated with RES fled the scene and was involved in a hit and run collision. ARR was subsequently apprehended and found to be in possession of marijuana for sales and in possession of a stolen…

Petty Theft

  • 9/28 – Lone Tree Way: ARR detained by asset protection for theft. ARR found to be on probation and in possession of suspected heroin and methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 9/28 – Chestnut St.: RES stole 3 pairs of jeans and a backpack. Loss is $510.00.
  • 9/29 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole merchandise from VIC and fled prior to police arrival. Total estimated loss $384.80.
  • 9/29 – Huntington Way: VIC gave iTunes Gift card to RES under false pretense of IRS payment.
  • 9/29 – Lone Tree Way: Unidentified RES stole bolt cutters and tiki torch. Fled on bicycle prior to police arrival. Occurred 9/29/16 at approximately 1850 hours.
  • 9/29 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole concealer compact and fled prior to police arrival. Occurred 9/29/16 at approximately 1930 hours.
  • 9/30 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole leggings from Justice. Total loss of $107.
  • 9/30 – Augusta Dr.: VIC’s medication stolen from unlocked vehicle. Loss of $35.
  • 10/1 – Lone Tree Way: INV attempted to steal merchandise but fled on foot after being confronted by Loss Prevention.
  • 10/1 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 stole approximately $422 in merchandise and left in a white Toyota Sequoia, license plate.
  • 10/2 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole unknown amount of shoes.
  • 10/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stole cosmetics from the business and was placed under Citizen’s Arrest by Loss Prevention. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 10/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR took merchandise from VIC-1 without paying. ARR bit VIC-2 during attempted apprehension. ARR arrested and released on a juvenile affidavit.
  • 10/5 – Sycamore Ave: Soccer gear and paperwork was stolen from a locked vehicle. Entry into vehicle appears likely through an open window that had been left slightly cracked open; there was no damaged done to the vehicle.
  • 10/6 – Balfour: RES stole two cases of beer from the store. Total loss approximately $32.
  • 10/6 – Sand Creek Rd: RES Cut lock to a white mens style Trek SKY 5 mountain bike from bike rack.
  • 10/6 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC reports RES taking coins from his room. Total value of the coins is $200.

Property/Possession of Stolen

  • 10/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted near stolen VEH. ARR found to have warrants out for his arrest. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 9/29 – Presidio Dr.: RES1 and RES2 robbed VIC at gunpoint in the driveway of her residence
  • 9/29 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole headphone from business. VIC attempted to retrieve headphones from RES and was subsequently sprayed with pepper sprayed. RES fled from scene shortly thereafter.
  • 10/2 – Katherine Ct.: RESs displayed firearm at VIC and took his car keys and cell phone.

Trespassing

  • 10/1 – Second St.: ARR was contacted for trespassing at a local business. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 9/28 – Village Dr.: RES wrote repeatedly on the building, signs in the area and trash cans. Estimated cleanup cost of $100.
  • 9/30 – Village Dr.: Unidentified responsible bent screen on window. No signs of forced entry to apartment. Occurred 9/30/16 between approximately 1700-2000.
  • 10/1 – Larkspur Ct.: An unidentified RES broke the rear window of VIC’s vehicle.
  • 10/2 – Beverly Pl: RES defaced electrical box and cement wall with gang graffiti. Estimated cost $75
  • 10/6 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR threw a bottle at VIC’s vehicle. ARR apprehended a short while later. ARR released on a PTA. Estimated damage $300
  • 10/7 – Balfour Rd: ARR-1 and ARR-2 vandalized the bathroom and outside electrical box of Jack In The Box causing approximately $500 worth of damage. ARR-1 intoxicated and taken to MDF. ARR-2 released on an NTA.
  • 10/9 – Grisby Ct.: RES broke VIC’s front driver side window. No items missing from the vehicle

Warrant Arrest

  • 9/28 – Lone Tree Way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to have a citable warrant out of Pomona, CA for 25661(A) BP. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 9/30 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and found to have a no bail warrant for his arrest out of Pittsburg PD. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/2 – Technology Way: ARR contacted and had citable misdemeanor warrant from Tuolumne County for 14601.1 VC and 11377(a) HS. ARR released on PTA
  • 10/4 – Kayla Pl: ARR-1 was contacted and found to have a no bail felony warrant from Concord PD. ARR-2 was contacted and found to have a no bail misdemeanor warrant from CCCSO. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 10/7 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR to Juvenile Hall.
  • 10/8 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to have a no cite Misdemeanor warrant out of Contra Costa County. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 10/5 – Sand Creek Rd: RES was involved in an altercation and brandished a replica firearm. RES was injured as a result of the altercation and transported by AMR for head injuries.
