I and my family have lived in Antioch since 1986.So I have seen good things to our city.We raised our children here. I worked for the city over 15 yrs. It really upsets me to have seen so much negative things such as businesses closed, all boarded up,crime is through the roof!! I could go on an on but people who have been here, as long as I have if not more, know themselves! What can we do meaning citizens,to get Antioch back?
With all due respect, Antioch was never a nice town. It has gotten worse. Property is cheaper in East County. Nice things aren’t cheap, and cheap things aren’t nice.
