Pittsburg Police Arrest Three in Connection With February Murder Case

by ECT

On Friday, the Pittsburg Police Department announced they have arrested three people in connection with a February Murder of David Olivares of Brentwood.

According to police, Olivares was at the Woodland Hills Park when he was gunned down by a man. During the initial investigation, detectives had little information on why anyone would want to kill Olivares.

Over the past few months, Pittsburg Detectives worked to identify the person(s) responsible for the death of Olivares. During the investigation, detectives identified 24-year-old Jose Quintanilla of Brentwood and 21-year-old Angel Rodriguez of Oakley for the shooting death of Olivares. Based on this information, detectives authored search and arrest warrants for the men.

Early Thursday morning, the Pittsburg Police Department Tactical Team executed the warrants for both Rodriguez and Quintanilla at their respective residences. During subsequent interviews of the men, it was confirmed that a female identified as 21-year-old Sabrina Glenn of Pittsburg took part in the incident by luring Olivares to the Woodland Hills Park on the night of the shooting. Late Thursday evening, detectives located Glenn and placed her under arrest for her involvement in the case.

All three suspects were interviewed by detectives and are being held at the Martinez Detention Facility. Detectives will be presenting this case to the District Attorney next week to file charges on all three suspects.

Angel Rodriguez was never charged for his part in my cousins murder

Sabrina glenn is currently out on bail as of today and is only being charged with second degree robbery even though she is the one that lured him to the park. Maximum she faces is 5 years for luring a man to his death? This is not justice

Please if anyone has any new information that could help in bringing charges appropriate with their involvement in David’s death please reach out to the Pittsburg police department or the contra costa district attorneys office. How is this keeping the best interest of the publics safety when they are allowing this woman back on the streets.
