Pittsburg PD: Help Name Our New Mascot

The Pittsburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in helping choose a name for its new Department mascot. The police department has been in the process of creating a new mascot for months and its currently being created.

Here is a list of choice according to the survey:

• B.O.L.O – “Be on the Lookout” name of a former Pittsburg Police K-9
• Sarge – Is an abbreviation for “Sergeant”
• Amigo – Name of Former Pittsburg Police K-9
• Radar – A device officers use for detecting speeding vehicles
• Bundy – Name of former Pittsburg Police K-9
• Axel – Name of Former Pittsburg Police K-9

They will announce the winning name at our National Night Out on August 6th, 2013 at Small World Park!
