Terrific! That’s all we need! More homeless setting fires behind our schools! The City of Pittsburg should do a systematic search for EVERY SINGLE HOMELESS encampment in the city and kick those bums out! This is going from the ridiculous to the sublime!

I think if there was at least one safe place for them, that was not to be torn down or closed. That would keep them from being other places. There are many open areas that are not being used. It is impossible to just kick all the homeless people out as well as immoral.

Nothing to do with morality. This is a public safety issue! These people have nothing to lose so they want to destroy what’s out here!

What’s immoral is their destructive practices and people have had just about enough of it and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if people started taking truly drastic measures to get rid of them! And, who would blame them?

What’s “immoral” about it, jas?

How do you propose exactly that we get rid of all the homeless people? Furthermore, no one should assume that they started the fire on purpose.

Homeless people are different from homeless drug addicts that want money for drugs and if they do not get it they become ravaging cavemen that burn, destroy, and steal everything they see. Look at what they did to the lumber place by the freeway. Send them to their shelters.

Well this fire was a hate crime. The people who lived there did not start it. Some mental case burned it down due to a girl rejecting to be with him. The homeless encampment was cleaner than all the rest. We kept noise and drama down to a minimum. Infact it wasn’t even allowed there.
I should know, because I was the person who got their camp burned down. I’ve been at my friend’s house in the area. But the person is still threating to kill mea nd has never been arrested for the fire even though the Pittsburg pd has them on camera. So I’m trying to seek safe shelter but the shelters are all full and STAND will not help me cause I never had an actual relationship with man.
I normally would handle this drama on the streets but I don’t want to end up in jail for retaliation charges plus I’m trying to make better choices.
I don’t talk to police cause their not much help to me.
Any suggestions???
