“Over Troubled Waters” Screening Coming to Antioch

Oakley Councilman and Assembly District 11 Candidate Jim Frazier who has been a big Delta advocate, has worked to arrange for a screening of Restore the Delta’s “Over Troubled Waters” documentary.  The screening will occur on October 2 at 7:00 pm at the hisotic El Campanil Theatre.
