October 12-18: Brentwood Police Calls

The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between October 12-18 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 10/14 – Lone Tree Way: RP stated he witnessed a battery. Unable to locate VIC or RES.
  • 10/14 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered business and battered VIC. RES left business before police arrived.
  • 10/16 – Maple St.: RES battered VIC. VIC was uncooperative and did not desire prosecution.
  • 10/16 – John Muir Parkway: VIC placed ARR under arrest for battery, and suffered minor injuries. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 10/17 – Berry Lane: ARR battered VIC. VIC released to father.

Auto Theft

  • 10/15 – Nicholas Ct.: White utility trailer stolen from Nicholas Ct. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 10/16 – Broderick Dr.: RES stole VIC’s parked and unattended vehicle. All keys accounted for. Vehicle
    entered into SVS.

Burglary – Other

  • 10/12 – Moscato PL: Between 10/9/15 and 10/12/15, RES cut the pad lock to a metal storage container and stole industrial water pumps, backpack air blower, brooms and shovels.
  • 10/14 – Moscato Pl: RES cut lock off to construction storage container and stole tools, fabric ground
    cover, hoses, and a broom from inside.

Burglary – Residential

  • 10/12 – Sand Creek Rd: Unk RES entered business using a key. RES removed money bag from office containing approximately $3500 cash. Occurred 10/12/15 between 0419-0420 hours.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 10/14 – Balfour Rd: RES broke the rear left window out on VIC’S parked vehicle and stole VIC’S laptop.
  • 10/15 – Amberleaf Way: Multiple victims’ vehicles were entered. ARR 1 and 2 were located. RES 3 is
    outstanding. ARR 1 determined to be in possession of stolen property. ARR 1transported to MDF. ARR 2 released on a juvenil affidavit to his parent.
  • 10/16 – Cayenne Ct.: RES punched VIC’s vehicle door lock and stole sub-woofers and amplifier.

DUI

  • 10/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for CVC violation. ARR was determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

Grand Theft

  • 10/13 – Bountiful Way: VIC reported that RES removed two rifles and one revolver from his safe within the last two months.

H&S Violation

  • 10/16 – City Park: ARR contacted after an H&S complaint at City Parking Garage. ARR found to be in
    possession of Marijuana for sales. ARR to MDF.

Narcotics Drug Law Violation

  • 10/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted on a pedestrian stop and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR was found to be in possession of a glass pipe, suspected meth 1.1
    grams. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/13 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted on Union Pacific property in a makeshift encampment; determined to be in possession of methamphetamines. ARR released on a PTA. Public works notified about encampment.
  • 10/15 – Quiet Gable Ct.: The ARR possessed suspected concentrated cannabis for sale.
  • 10/15 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found in possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and trespassing. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/16 – Vancouver Ct.: ARR was contacted sleeping in his vehicle and was in possession of a controlled substance. ARR released on NTA.

Petty Theft

  • 10/12 – Oak St.: VIC withdrew money from the ATM. She later noticed multiple withdrawals had been made immediately after she finished her transaction. Total approximate loss: $449
  • 10/13 – Tain Ct.: Reporting party found mail on ground and reported her outgoing mail missing.
  • 10/13 – Balfour: RP witnessed SUS’s enter the store and take two bottles of shampoo, two bottles of soda and two packs of razors without paying for them.
  • 10/13 – Baflour: An unidentified responsible stole VIC’s black leather wallet from her grocery cart. The
    responsible then proceeded to purchase groceries with VIC’s credit card.
  • 10/14 – Young Dr.: RES stole VIC’s inflatable spider Halloween decoration in front of his residence.
    Occ’d 10/14/2015 between 0000-0037 hours.
  • 10/14 – Second St.: Responsible took victim’s unlocked bicycle from rack in front of Safeway on Second St.
  • 10/15 – Grafton Way: RES entered VIC’s vehicle through an open window and stole a wallet with $350.00 in cash and misc. cards.
  • 10/18 – Presidio Dr.: RES took one tire from VIC’s vehicle. Approximate loss $250.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 10/13 – Sand Creek Road: RES placed flowers on VIC vehicle in violation of existing protection order.
  • 10/15 – Lexington Ct.: VIC arrived at RES’ residence, putting RES in violation of domestic violence
    restraining order.

Robbery

  • 10/13 – Second St.: ARR stole items from VIC business. ARR used force against VIC employee in order to escape. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 10/13 – Washington Dr.: RES slashed two of VIC’s tires causing approximately $370 worth of damage.
  • 10/16 – Adams Ln: ARR was contacted in the park and admitted to vandalizing the bathroom. ARR released on a signed PTA.`

Warrant

  • 10/12 – Whispering Oaks: ARR in a custody dispute with INV-1 over juvenile children. ARR had two misdemeanor cite releasable warrants (traffic). ARR released on signed PTA from BPD.
