The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between October 24-November 6 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 10/24 – W. Country Club Dr.: INV-1 and INV-2 were both involved in mutual combat during a child custody exchange.
  • 10/24 – Mesquite Ct.: RES pulled VIC’s hair and yelled at her during lunch.
  • 10/26 – Lone Tree Way: Various Responsible’s assaulted VIC via punches and kicks. Responsible’s fled scene and VIC transported to hospital for minor injuries.
  • 10/26 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR struck VIC numerous times after engaging in a altercation over a parking space. ARR released on an NTA.
  • 10/28 – Shady Willow Lane: RES hit VIC with a quran, and INV alleged VIC threw her phone at him. VIC suffered no injuries and did not desire prosecution.
  • 10/28 – Balfour Rd: Unknown RES threw two eggs at VIC1 and VIC2.
  • 10/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR battered VIC during a dispute. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 10/30 – Spyglass Dr.: ARR threatened VIC with a knife and cut VIC’s hand with the knife. ARR to Juvenile Hall.
  • 10/31 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC was battered by RES, which led to a fight. No prosecution desired.
  • 11/4 – Brentwood Blvd: RES struck VIC in the leg. RES fled prior to police arrival.
  • 11/4 – Lone Tree Way: RES battered VIC. VIC did not desire prosecution.
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 hit VIC in the face with a closed fist. No prosecution desired.
  • 11/6 – Coconut St.: RES grabbed VIC’s leg during an altercation. RES was not located.
  • 11/6 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 and ARR-2 assaulted a peace officer during the course of his duties. ARRs to MDF.

Auto Recovered

  • 10/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was in possession of a stolen vehicle. ARR to MDF. Vehicle stored.

Auto Theft

  • 10/28 – Sycamore Ave: Unknown responsible took victim’s vehicle without permission.
  • 10/29 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole VIC’s vehicle while VIC used restroom. Vehicle entered into SVS. Vehc was later recovered by outside agency and removed from SVS.
  • 11/3 – Broderick Dr.: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission. RES refused to return vehicle to VIC. APD later located vehicle and returned to VIC.
  • 11/5 – Second St.: RES attempted to steal VIC-2’s vehicle, when unsuccessful RES stole VIC-1’s vehicle. Vehicle entered into to SVS.
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES took VIC’s vehicle with permission. Occ’d between 11/5/2016 1445 hours and 11/5/2016 2010 hours. Vehicle entered into SVS as stolen.

Burglary

  • 10/25 – Almond St.: VIC’s garage was burglarized and a gardening item was stolen from within.
  • 10/27 – Dainty Ave: ARR-1 and ARR-2 forced entry into residence through rear door and stole jewelry and other items. ARR-1 and ARR-2 fled the scene and were apprehended in the area. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF for booking.
  • 10/29 – Oak St.: Front door forced open with crowbar and left at scene. Unknown items taken
  • 10/30 – Balfour: RES forced entry into construction trailer and stole unknown tools.
  • 10/31 – Balfour Rd: Unknown RES entered vacant business through a rear door and stole construction tools and martial arts equipment. Total loss estimated at $4000.
  • 11/1 – Mills Dr.: RES entered through bathroom window and stole cash ($400) and financial documents. Occurred 11/01/2016 1000-1400 hours.
  • 11/2 – Schilling Ct.: VIC stated that UNK RES entered her residence and took her prescription medication
  • 11/3 – Astor Ct.: RES entered VIC#1’s residence and took approximately $2500 in cash and used VIC#2’s credit cards.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 10/29 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered VIC’s locked vehicle and stole his wallet and cell phone. RES used VIC’s credit cards at various locations. Occd 0800-0915 hours.
  • 11/1 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reports someone broke into his locked vehicle and stole his wallet.
  • 11/1 – Prato St.: Responsible smashed vehicle window with unknown object and took victim’s wallet and head phones.

Drunk

  • 10/24 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted walking down the railroad tracks. ARR was found to under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and unable to care for his own safety. ARR was taken into custody without incident and booked at M.D.F.
  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR1 and ARR2 were found to be under the influence of alcohol. During the contact both ARR1 and ARR2 resisted arrest. ARR1 and ARR2 were medically cleared and transported to MDF.
  • 10/30 – Monroe Ct.: ARR was contacted and determined to be to intoxicated to care for herself. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/5 – Oak St.: ARR was intoxicated to the point she was unable to care for herself. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/5 – Chestnut St.: ARR was contacted in his parked vehicle. ARR was under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/6 – Oak St.: ARR was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself or others. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.

DUI

  • 10/25 – Sycamore Ave: ARR was located passed out in his vehicle due to alcohol intoxication. ARR’s vehicle was towed. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/25 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/26 – Dainty Ave: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/30 – Carnegie Lane: ARR contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/31 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for a VC violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and on Court Ordered Probation. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 11/1 – Augusta Dr.: ARR failed to stop for CCCSO and collided with curb a short distance later. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/1 – Sand Creek Dr.: ARR was contacted in front of the business and found to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was taken into custody without incident and booked at M.D.F.
  • 11/5 – McClarren Rd: ARR collided with the street/stop sign at above listed location. ARR fled scene and was located approximately 250 yards away. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/6 – Bypass: ARR was contacted for being asleep in his vehicle in the #2 lane of SR4. ARR was determined to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs. ARR was also in possession of crack cocaine for sales. ARR to MDF. –

Embezzlement

  • 11/2 – Lone Tree Way: ARR embezzled merchandise from VIC business. The total loss was $ 1039.95. ARR to MDF.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 11/3 – O’Hara Ave: ARR contacted during a traffic stop and found to have altered access cards and access card reader/scanner. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Technology Way: ARR contacted during traffic stop. ARR had outstanding warrant and was in possession of forged access cards. ARR to MDF

Grand Theft

  • 10/25 – Haystack Ct.: RES entered VIC’s unsecured vehicles and removed bank statements from VEH-1’s glovebox and a black I-pad Air. Estimated loss valued at $1301 dollar. VEH-2 was ransacked, but nothing was taken.
  • 10/29 – Putter Dr.: Cash was stolen from VIC’s residence during the listed timeframe. Case under investigation.

H&S Violation

  • 10/25 – Old Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted during suspicious vehicle check and found to be on probation. During search of ARR, drug paraphernalia was located. ARR released on an NTA.
  • 10/31 – Balfour Rd: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR was arrested.
  • 11/4 – Second St.: ARR contacted after suspicious person report. ARR found to be under the influence of a controlled substance in violation of Misdemeanor Probation. ARR to MDF.

Narcotic Drug Law Violation

  • 11/3 – Elk Run Tr.: During a traffic court ARR was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. ARR was transported to BPD and released on a PTA.
  • 11/4 – Grant St.: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR fled the scene and a pursuit ensued. ARR later yielded and was found to be in possession of controlled substance for sales, transporting a controlled substance, and in violation of misdemeanor probation. ARR to MDF.

Other Violations

  • 10/24 – Shumardi Oak: ARR was found to have attempted to make two explosive devices. The material collected was determined to be non-explosive. ARR released on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Parole/Probation Violations

  • 11/5 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR attempted to steal items from the Hampton Inn. ARR later contacted and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself, while on probation. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 10/25 – Haystack Ct.: RES entered VIC’s unsecured vehicle overnight and took a pair of white Dr. Dre Beat headphones valued at $100.
  • 10/26 – Continente Ave: Unknown responsible took athletic shoes from the victim’s front porch.
  • 10/28 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 and ARR-2 stole drills from location and were detained by Loss Prevention. ARRs released on a PTA.
  • 10/29 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 entered Walgreens, stole 6 bottles of vitamins and left without paying.
  • 10/29 – Griffith Lane: RES took VIC’s credit cards and iPhone from unlocked locker. RES later used credit cards fraudulently. Approximate loss $496.87
  • 10/30 – Balfour: RES stole a cart full of groceries. Undetermined loss.
  • 11/2 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole items from Home Depot. Total value $137.72.
  • 11/2 – Pepperwood Ct.: Unknown RES stole VIC’s bicycle from the front porch. Bicycle valued at $300.
  • 11/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole VIC’s bike from her front porch.
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s Samsung Galaxy 7 was taken from VIC’s unlocked vehicle. Estimated loss $750.

Property Found

  • 10/29 – Grovewood LP: A Hi-Point Magazine loaded with eight .380 caliber bullets was turned in as found property.

Robbery

  • 10/26 – Rice St.: Two RES struck and kicked VIC several times in an attempt to take VIC’s cellular phone. Both RES unsuccessful in taking VIC’s phone. Both RES fled prior to police arrival.
  • 10/30 – Picadilly Lane: ARR 1-6 committed armed robbery on VIC stealing her laptop, purse, Apple Iphone. All ARR’s taken into custody after pursuit.
  • 11/5 – Boulder St.: VIC was robbed at gunpoint by 3 RES’. RES’ fled the scene prior to BPD arriving on scene.

Vandalism

  • 10/24 – Garvin Parkway: RES vandalized a city owned tree.
  • 10/24 – Empress Ln: VIC said a rock was thrown through the front window to the residence.
  • 10/25 – Balfour Rd: VEH-1 and VEH-2’s windows broken out in parking lot.
  • 10/25 – Haystack: Unknown RES smashed out window to VIC’s vehicle. Nothing taken.
  • 10/25 – Outrigger Cl: RES kicked front door of residence, creating damage to the door frame.
  • 10/26 – Chaucer Dr: RES forced open the rear door of a community mailbox.
  • 10/27 – Arlington Way: RES broke lock to neighborhood mail box and fled. Mail located still in mail boxes. U.S. Post Office notified to respond and take custody of mail in unsecure mail boxes. Unable to determine if any mail was taken.
  • 10/27 – Chaucer Dr.: Unknown RES damaged the community mailbox in an attempt to steal mail. Postal inspector notified.
  • 10/29 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC’s vehicle was struck with eggs. Ketchup and mustard were squirted on vehicle.
  • 10/29 – Garin Parkway: Unknown responsible(s) wrote on six City of Brentwood’s trees.
  • 10/30 – Pebble Beach Dr.: RES threw rock and broke window to residence.

Warrant Arrest

  • 10/25 – New Holland Dr.: ARR contacted during investigation of separate suspicious circumstance and found to have a no bail warrant for possession of stolen property.
  • 10/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted for VC violation. ARR had two outstanding warrants for narcotics. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/26 – Berry Lane: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding no bail felony warrant for 11351 H&S. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/3 – Bypass: ARR contacted as a passenger during a traffic stop. ARR had a check fraud warrant for $15,000 out of San Jose. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/3 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of CCCSO for 3455(b)(1) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation and determined to have a citable warrant for a CVC violation. ARR released on a PTA for the warrant and NTA for the VC violation. Vehicle was towed.
  • 11/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have two misdemeanor cite releasable warrants out of Antioch PD for failure to comply with order of probation. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 11/6 – Mills Dr.: ARR contacted after a suspicious vehicle stop and found to have a Felony non-citable warrant for robbery

Weapons Violation

  • 10/28 – Kayten Pl: ARR was contacted on a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR was found to have a loaded concealed firearm within the vehicle. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Winged Foot Rd: A gunshot was heard after a verbal argument on Wingfoot Rd. One shell casing was found. No victims, no property damage. No RES information.
  • 11/4 – Almond St.: VICs advised SUS pulled a pistol from his waistband and told them they better take SUS’ father to the hospital. VICs are ambulance employees who were going to take SUS’s father to dialysis. No prosecution desired.
  • 11/5 – Oak St.: ARR discharged firearm into the air while infront of business. During this incident there were no injured parties. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/5 – Brentwood Blvd: CITE stopped for VC violation. After K9 alert on vehicle, ARR was found in possession of paraphernalia, tear gas, and a stun gun. VEH stored, CITE released on NTA, ARR to MDF.
