The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between October 19-27 according to information provided by Brentwood Police

Assault

  • 10/21 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was contacted during a report of a suspicious person who was armed. ARR fought officers before being taken into custody. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/21 – Edgefield Pl: ARR pushed VIC-1 and punched VIC-2 during an argument. ARR released on a signed Promise to Appear.
  • 10/22 – Balfour: INV-1 and INV-2 engaged in mutual physical altercation. Both sustained minor scrapes. No prosecution desired by either party.
  • 10/26 – American Ave: RES-1 and RES-2 were involved in a fight after school.

Auto Recovered

  • 10/21 – Berry Lane: ARR was contacted and found to be driving a stolen vehicle while on probation for
    vehicle theft. ARR to MDF.

Auto Theft

  • 10/19 – Sycamore Ave: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission.
  • 10/21 – Roper Cl: RES stole VIC’s trailer
  • 10/21 – Brentwood Blvd: RES failed to return VEH by the agreed upon time.
  • 10/26 – Brentwood Blvd: RES-1, RES-2, and RES-3 took VIC’s vehicle without his permission. Additionally RES-1, RES-2, and RES-3 broke into VIC’s storage locker and stole $3,000 worth of power tools, VEH-2, and two bicycles.

Burglary – Business

  • 10/19 – Balfour: UNK RES smashed front glass door and stole unknown amount of ink cartridges.
  • 10/26 – Lone Tree Way: VIC business burglarized. No forced entry. Total loss is $3,646.77.
  • 10/27 – Second St.: UNK RES(s) broke into the Liberty HS Booster trailer and stole approximately $50 worth of candy

Burglary – Residential

  • 10/20 – Broderick Dr.: VIC’s residence was entered through a rear window, on 10/20/15 between 1900-2045 hours. RES(s) stole four firearms and exited the rear door of the residence. Stolen firearms
    were entered into AFS.
  • 10/26 – St. Andrews Dr.: RES entered VIC’s unlocked rear kitchen door and stole check book from table. Bank was called to cancel checks.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 10/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES broke VIC’s vehicle window and stole a laptop and wallet. Total loss $915.00
  • 10/24 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s vehicle was broken into and new Windows 17” grey laptop stolen. Passenger side window smashed. Parked IFO In N Out. Occurred between 1000 and 2100 hours.

DUI

  • 10/22 – Balfour: ARR found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle, which was in the middle of
    Balfour road. ARR unable to perform SFSTs and could not give PAS sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/23 – Minnesota Ave: ARR contacted for traffic violation, and determined to be under the influence of alcoholic beverage. ARR under age 21. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for CVC violations and found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.

Fraud

  • 10/19 – St. Andrews: VIC was scammed for $2500 on Craigslist.
  • 10/21 – Brentwood Blvd: RES attempted to defraud RP out of over $42,000 via electric funds transfer.
  • 10/24 – Margil Way: VIC’s debit card was used to remove $300 from his account without his permission.

Grand Theft

  • 10/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 stole approximately $3000.00 worth of sunglasses from SunglassHut.
  • 10/26 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole approximately $4,500 – $5,000 worth of reading glasses from business. RES fled the area prior to police arrival.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 10/20 – Second Street: I found suspected marijuana, booked it for destruction.
  • 10/22 – Banyan Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR on probation and found to be in possession of
    methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/24 – Lynn Dr.: ARR contacted and found to be on probation, have an outstanding warrant and possess suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/24 –Spruce St.: ARR 1, ARR 2, and ARR 3 were found to be under the influence of marijuana and unable to care for themselves. ARR 1, ARR 2, and ARR 3 were transported to local hospitals.
  • 10/26 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have an active warrant for VC violations. ARR was also a felon in possession of ammo, in unlawful possession of credit cards, and narcotics
    for sale. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/27 – Walnut Blvd: ARRs were contacted and found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances. ARR1 was found to be an addict driving a vehicle. ARR to MDF

Other Violations

  • 10/24 – Douglas Dr.: ARR found to be in possession of a burglary tool during a suspcious vehicle stop. ARR released on a Promise to Appear.

Petty Theft

  • 10/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES took merchandise from VIC business. Loss is approximately $375.
  • 10/21 – Sand Creek Rd: RES took merchandise from VIC business. Loss approximately $562.
  • 10/22 – Lone Tree Way: 4 RES stole merchandise from VIC business. Total loss is $456.
  • 10/22 – Lone Tree Way: An unidentified responsible entered the business and took 2 Beats by Dre brand head phones and fled the business without paying for them. Estimated total loss: $500
  • 10/25 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole VIC’s iPhone 6+.
  • 10/25 – Balfour: ARR entered Walgreens, taking three items from the store. ARR has a no trespassing
    admonishment at this location and found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 10/26 – Balfour Rd: ARR concealed 2 bottles of lotion (an approximately $86 value) and attempted to leave the business. ARR stopped but then later fought with the owner in an attempt to leave.
  • 10/27 – American Ave: Cellphone stolen from restroom at Heritage HS.

Reckless Driving

  • 10/23 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted while driving recklessly in parking lot of Home Depot. ARR found to be unlicensed. ARR released on signed NTA. Vehicle towed and stored.

Traffic Accident w/Injury

  • 10/21 – Smith Rd: ARR caused a chain reaction collision. ARR transported by AMR to the hospital. ARR was found to be intoxicated while driving. ARR was processed for DUI and released at the
    hospital.

Threats

  • 10/24 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR threatened VIC with great bodily harm. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 10/19 – Brentwood Blvd: RES threw a rock at VIC’s bedroom window. Estimated loss is $300.
  • 10/24 – Davidson Ct.: RES threw a rock through VIC’S window causing approximately $800 in damages.
  • 10/24 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s vehicle window was smashed in BWW’s parking lot. Occurred between 1900 – 2030 hrs. Nothing taken.
  • 10/25 – Griffith Lane: RES pulled over a wine display causing many bottles to break.
  • 10/25 – Second St.: RES broke the rear window to VIC’s vehicle by unknown force causing approximately $300 in damage.
  • 10/25 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered VIC’s unlocked vehicle and punched ignition. RES fled scene prior to VIC’s arrival.
  • 10/27 – Oak St.: RP reported ARR jumped on his City vehicle causing damage to the roof. ARR located and released on a Juvenile Affidavit.
  • 10/27 – American Ave: An unidentified RES threw a rock through VIC’s rear sliding glass door causing about $600 in damage.
  • 10/27 – Amrican Ave: RES’s spray painted the student parking lot marquee digital sign causing more than $1000.00 in damage.

Warrant

  • 10/19 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted for an outstanding arrest warrant for vehicle theft and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/21 – Armstrong Way: ARR contacted regarding outstanding out of state warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/22 – McViking Way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and a records check revealed she had a misdemeanor warrant for theft from Walnut Creek PD. ARR was released on a PTA for her warrant and
    issued a citation for a CVC violation.
  • 10/22 – O’Hara: ARR had an outstanding JAWS warrant (777 W&I) for his arrest with the Contra Costa
    County Sheriff’s Office. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 10/22 – James Donlon Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have a bench warrant from Marin County. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/23 – Empire: ARR contacted during warrant service. ARR found to be trespassing and in violation of
    restraining order and probation violation. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/24 – Shady Willow Ln: ARR contacted on a pedestrian stop for VC violations. ARR found to have six outstanding misdemeanor warrants out of Solano County. ARR found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/27 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted during probation search and found to have two outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 10/20 – Lone Tree Way: ARRs were contacted for shoplifting. ARR1 was found to be in possession of a concealed fix blade knife, nunchaku, being a convicted felon with ammunition, and in possession
    of multiple credit cards belonging to other people. ARR2 was found to be in possession
    of a sap along with possession of stolen property
  • 10/21 – Nicholas Ct.: ARR was contacted during suspicious circumstance and found to be in possession of a Shuriken throwing star. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 10/24 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR found to be in possession of concealed dirk/dagger and prescription medication. ARR also found be under the influence of CNS depressant. ARR released to parents.
