The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between Nov 27-Dec 4 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 11/26 – Balfour: RES tackled VIC after a discussion over a wedding. VIC suffered a bump to the head. VIC desired prosecution and signed a CA.
  • 12/3 – Balfour: VIC was battered by 4 unknown RES

Auto Theft

  • 11/26 – Redhaven St.: RES stole VIC’s vehicle keys from the business and stole her vehicle.
  • 11/28 – Sycamore Ave: VIC’s VEH stolen from in front of residence some time between 11/27/16 at 2100 and 11/28/16 at 0650. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 11/28 – Vineyards PW: The listed vehicle was taken without permission. The vehicle was entered into S.V.S.
  • 11/28 – Peachtree Ct.: VIC’s vehicle stolen from in front of business between 11/23/16 at 1400 and 11/28/16 at 0700. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 11/28 – Second St.: VIC reported vehicle stolen. CHP later recovered the vehicle in Bay Point.
  • 12/1 – Claremont DrL RES stole VIC’s grey 2004 Chevy Silverado from in front of his residence between 11/30/16 at 1700 – 12/1/16 at 0400. Large sticker on rear window of “NORCAL”.
  • 12/1 – Allbrook Dr.: RES stole VICs vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS.

 

Burglary – Business

  • 12/1 – Lone Tree Way: UNK res broke front window and stole unknown items.

 

Burglary – Other

  • 12/1 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reports RES broke into her storage unit and stole items.

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 11/28 – Stratford Ct.: RES forced entry into the home (still under construction) and stole all the kitchen appliances, kitchen sink faucet, and a bathroom light fixture. (11/23/2016 1600 – 11/28/2016 0700)
  • 12/1 – Stratford Ct.: RES forced entry into the home and attempted to steal a pedestal sink from a bathroom. No loss at this time.

 

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 11/28 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reported RES broke her vehicles passenger window and stole items
  • 11/29 – Arlington Way: VIC’s locked vehicle was broken into by Unknown RES. VEH registration and insurance information stolen. Ignition was damaged.
  • 12/1 – Macarthur Way: VIC reported his car window was broken and a stereo was taken.

 

Disturbing the Pace

  • 12/1 – Oak St.: ARR was involved in a physical altercation. ARR found to be under the influence of alcohol in violation of his probation. ARR to MDF.

 

Drunk

  • 11/25 – Foothill Dr: ARR was under the influence of a controlled substance and unable to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/28 – McClarren Rd: ARR was unable to care for himself due to his intoxication level, in possession of drug paraphernalia, and on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/29 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and found to be intoxicated and unable to care for his own safety. Booked at MDF.
  • 12/1 – Cashew Pl: ARR was contacted after a dispute and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.

 

Drunk Driver

  • 11/25 – Crimson Clover Ct: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/27 – Spruce St.: ARR stopped and determined to be DUI. ARR provided a breath sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR ws stopped for a CVC violation. ARR determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/2 – Minnesota Ave: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, .20% BAC. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/3 – Empire Ave: ARR stopped and determined to be DUI. ARR BAC 0.19%. ARR to MDF.

 

Grand Theft

  • 11/25 – W. Country Club Dr.: VIC left his Titleist golf clubs outside while he went inside to register. When VIC walked back outside, he discovered his golf clubs were stolen.
  • 11/25 – Sand Creek Rd: Three unknown black females stole $2920.00 worth of fragrances and makeup from ULTA. UTL.
  • 11/27 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered store and stole over a $1000 in merchandise.
  • 11/30 – Sand Creek Rd: RP reports RES took cell phones from the store. Total loss was $2,449.96.
  • 11/30 – Atherton Bl: RES stole VIC’s bicycle from storage unit.
  • 12/2 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR, RES-1, and RES-2 entered business and stole $2,438.81 worth of merchandise. ARR later returned with some merchandise, and was released on a Juvenile affidavit.

Forgery/Counterfeiting

  • 12/4 – O’Hara Ave: ARR and INV-1 stopped for CVC violations. ARR found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of CCCSO for 11377(a) HS. ARR found to be in possession of fake identification cards, in possession of modified access cards, in possession of stolen property, and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.

 

H&S Violation

  • 12/2 – Delta Road: RES was apprehended on a traffic stop pursuant BPD case 16005049. RES was determined to possess (20) Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills. RES to MDF for case 16005049.
  • 12/4 – Cornsilk Ct.: ARR was under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR ran from officers upon contact. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 12/4 – Central Blvd: CIT was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be driving while suspended. ARR was a passenger in the vehicle and was in possession of heroin. ARR and CIT were both released on NTAs.

 

Misc Information

  • 11/27 – Havenwood Ave: INV screwed a self-taping screw into his apartment’s gas line. Several apartments evacuated and later deemed safe for reentry.

 

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 11/25- Birch St.: INV-1 and ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/25 – Broderick Dr: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR released on NTA.
  • 12/1 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and lost property. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 12/1 – Lone Tree Way: ARR fled from police and was captured after a foot pursuit. ARR was in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/1 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR-1 and RES-1 were contacted inside a vehicle. RES-1 was arrested on a felony warrant for a Brentwood PD case. With use of BPD K-9, suspected controlled substances were located inside vehicle. ARR-1 and RES-1 to MDF

 

Penal Code – Other Violations

  • 11/29 – Whitehall Lane: Dispatched to a suspicious circumstance where ARR obstructed and resisted the investigation. ARR to MDF.

 

Petty Theft

  • 11/26 – Brentwood Blvd: Children’s toys stolen from VIC’S vehicle (Occ’d 11/25-11/26 2230-0630).
  • 11/26 – Carrara St.: VIC’s mail was stolen.
  • 11/26 – Lone Tree Way: Ex-employee entered store without permission and stole a phone charger. Total estimated loss $43.39
  • 11/27 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke into the mailbox taking mail.
  • 11/27 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stole alcohol. ARR released on a Juvenile Affidavit.
  • 11/28 – Whitehall Lane: UNK RES stole a 12 foot blow up santa from VIC’s front yard on 11/28/16 between 0000 hours and 0600 hours. Total loss $180.
  • 11/29 – Broderick Dr.: VIC’s bicycle stolen from side yard. Total loss of $80.
  • 11/29 – Mission Fields Ln: VIC reported someone broke into his VEH overnight and stole items. ARR-1 was found in possession of the stolen items and was on probation. ARR-1 to MDF. ARR-2 was found in possession of stolen items and was released on a PTA.
  • 11/29 – Horne Ct.: VICs tools were stolen from unlocked vehicle parked in driveway.
  • 11/29 – Spruce St.: VIC’s package was stolen from mail box by an unknown RES. Total loss of $54.
  • 11/29 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered the business and took assorted womens negligees worth $641.50 and fled from the scene.
  • 11/30 – Bartlett Ct.: VIC’s bicycle was stolen by an unidentified RES.
  • 11/30 – George Ct.: A wallet and leather jacket were taken from the victim’s unlocked vehicle by unknown responsibles and the victim’s debit card was used to make fraudulent purchases.
  • 11/30 – Brentwood Blvd: RES left the business without paying for a six pack of beer. RES was not located.
  • 12/1 – Yelland Way: Unknown responsible took package from victim’s porch.
  • 12/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES smashed VIC’s window and stole backback. Loss of $1150
  • 12/4 – Coyote Ct.: VIC reported vehicle front plate as lost or stolen. CA# 7VKM500 was entered into SVS via Dispatch.
  • 12/4 – Second St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 stopped during a suspicious circumstance. ARR-1 and ARR-2 found to be in possession of stolen property. ARR-1 was in violation of probation and transported to MDF. ARR-2 released on a signed PTA.

 

Robbery

  • 11/27 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole items from store and when contacted outside of the business he pepper sprayed loss prevention. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.

 

Sex Offenses

  • 12/4 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC stated RES touched her inappropriately.

 

Vandalism

  • 11/29 – Lillian St.: VIC vehicle struck by possible pellets from pellet gun. Damage is approximately $200.
  • 11/30 – Balfour: RES kicked the Bank of the West business sign causing approximately $200 in damages.

 

Warrant Arrest

  • 11/25 – Lone Tree way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to have a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest out of Solano County SO. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 11/26 – Balfour: ARR was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to have a non-citable warrant. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle was stored.
  • 12/1 – Griffith Lane: ARR was a passenger in a vehicle and fled on foot during a traffic stop. ARR was located and found to have a warrant for probation violation.
  • 12/1 – Meadow Brook Ct.: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. ARR was determined to have outstanding warrants for illegal narcotics and possession of a firearm.
  • 12/3 – Balfour: ARR was contacted and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Antioch. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/4 – Brentwood Blvd: Vehicle stopped for cvc violations. ARR had a no-bail warrant in JAWS (245 pc). ARR to MDF.

 

Weapons Violation

  • 11/28 – Balfour Rd: ARR-1 and ARR-2 contacted during traffic stop. ARR-2 provided a false name, had a misdemeanor warrant and was in possession of a concealed firearm. ARR-1 was in possession of a concealed firearm and narcotics. ARR-1 and ARR-2 transported to MDF.
  • 12/1 – Kayla Pl: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to have 3 warrants for his arrest. ARR was also an addict in possession of a firearm. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/4 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted during a welfare check. ARR found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle, a concealed and loaded firearm and in violation of felony probation. Vehicle removed from SVS and towed pursuant to 22651(c) CVC. ARR to MDF.
