The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between November 17 through December 14  according to information provided by Brentwood Police

Animal Calls

  • 12/3 – Greenleaf Dr: RP was attacked by a pitbull while walking her dog on Greenleaf DR.

Auto Theft

  • 11/18 – Coventry Cl: Unknown RES stole VIC’s vehicle from his driveway. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 11/18 – Lone Tree Way: RP returned to work site and found box trailer missing.
  • 11/21 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VEH and fled the scene. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 11/23 – Lafite Ct.: Vehicle was stolen from driveway. Keys were in the unlocked vehicle. (See CHP 180).
  • 11/24 – Sand Creek: VIC’s locked vehicle was stolen from the parking. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 11/26 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reported vehicle was stolen on 11/26/2014 between 1600 hours and 2013 hours. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 11/27 – Grovewood LP: 1998 Honda Civic (Silver) stolen from driveway of residence between 11/26/14 at 2230 hours and 11/27/14 at 1500 hours. Entered into SVS.
  • 12/1 – Bluemen: 1996 Honda Accord (Silver), stolen from VIC driveway at approximately 0554 hours.
  • Theft was recorded on neighbor’s surveillance system. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 12/8 – Central Blvd: Unidentified RES(S) stole the listed vehicle from the parking lot of the call location.
  • 12/8 – Continente Ave: RES stole VIC’s dirt bike from RP’s garage on 12/8/2014 at approximately 1200 hours.

Assault

  • 11/23 – Almond St.: RES shot at VIC’S home, striking it three times.
  • 11/27 – Brentwood Bl: RES-1 and RES-2 battered VIC outside of bar causing serious injury. VIC transported to JMMC WC by AMR.
  • 11/27 – Whitehall Ln: RES-1 battered VIC-1 and VIC-2 causing minor injuries.
  • 11/30 – First St.: VIC was assaulted by unknown RES.
  • 12/14 – Empire: VIC was stabbed in the left shoulder by unknown RES while attempting to stop a fight.

Burglary or Theft From Auto

  • 11/17 – Highland Way: RP reported sometime over the weekend his truck had been burglarized. RP stated it may have occurred anywhere from Friday evening 11/14/14 to this morning 11/17/14. GPS and hand tools were taken.
  • 11/19 – Anastasia Dr.: Unknown responsible attempted to break into VIC’s vehicle. RES broke the driver side door handle, and attempted to pull the back passenger side window down. Vehicle doors were never unlocked and nothing was missing from the vehicle.
  • 11/21 – Sand Creek: VIC said the window to her vehicle was broken and clothes were stolen.
  • 11/21 – Sand Creek: Unknown RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle.
  • 11/21 – Sand Creek: The window to VIC’s vehicle was broken and a cell phone was stolen.
  • 11/25 – Sand Creek: RES- punched out the driver and front passenger locks to VIC’s vehicle.
  • 11/25 – Sand Creek: RES- punched the lock to VIC’s vehicle and stole a cell phone valued at $180 and $20.
  • 11/25 – Sand Creek: RES- punched the lock to VIC’s vehicle, and stole a cell phone valued at $300 as well as clothing valued at $150.
  • 12/1 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown RES smashed a window to VIC’s vehicle and stole a bullet proof vest and duty bag. VIC is a security guard. Occurred between 2200-0100 hours.
  • 12/3 – O’Hara: VIC’s vehicle was broken into over the weekend. Tom Tom and other misc. items were stolen.
  • 12/8 – Balfour: Windows of three vehicles were broken and the vehicles were gone through. No items
  • 12/9 – Harvest Park Dr.: Passenger side window of VEH shattered. Took miscellaneous personal items and credit card. Occurred between 12/08/14 at approximately 1800 hours and 12/09/14 approximately 0800 hours.were stolen.
  • 12/9 – Bauer: Passenger side rear window of VIC’s vehicle was smashed and her brown purse was taken.
  • 12/12 – Shady Willow Ln: Two unknown responsibles smashed victim’s passenger side window and stole items from the vehicle. Occurred on 12/12/2014, from approximately 1210 hours and 1250 hours.
  • 12/12 – Sand Creek: RES broke wind window of vehicles and stole items.
  • 12/12 – Sycamore Ave: Unknown responsible(s) stole a stereo and plumbing tools from the victim’s locked vehicle. Occurred between 12/11/2014, at approximately 1800 hours and 12/12/2014, at approximately 0530 hours

Burglary – Business

  • 11/17 – Second St.: Unknown RES forced entry into VIC’s business and removed approximately $5000 cash from a safe. Occurred between 11/17/14 0530-0610.
  • 11/19 – First St.: RES broke into salon at 0509 hours, and took small safe and cash from register. $703 total property and cash stolen.
  • 11/22 – Brentowod Blvd: Door shattered and tools stolen (Occ’d 11/22 @ 0455 hrs.).
  • 11/25 – Lone Tree Way: ARR- was caught shoplifting $218.40 worth of merchandise from the business, and determined to have a no-cite warrant for same. ARR- to MDF.
  • 12/1 – Sand Creek Rd: RES removed front glass of entry door. RES entered buisness and stole watches from glass case. Total loss $4,000
  • 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 entered the business during business hours and stole merchandise. Loss valued at $1,445.00.

Burglary – Residential

  • 11/18 – Castellina Dr.: RP reported that her residence had been burglarized on 11/18/2014 around 0830 hours. RP believes RES entered side gate and entered through garage, which were both unlocked. Loss includes jewelery (watches, earrings, necklaces, diamond rings) electronics (iPOD, Kindle) and coins (50 silver dollars,…
  • 11/24 – N. Estates Dr: RP reported finding his residence burglarized. RP reported approximately $19,000 in loss. Loss includes jewelry, clothing and kitchen appliances. Burglary occurred between 11/22/14 at 1200 hours and 11/23/14 at 2000 hours.
  • 11/29 – Reddington Way: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were contacted after exiting a house under construction. ARR-3 was located sleeping in ARR-1’s vehicle and found to have 2 no cite warrants in JAWS. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 12/2 – Spartan Tr.: Unknown responsible forced entry through side door of the garage. Residence appeared undisturbed, and unknown if entry was made into the residence. Total estimated loss $500.00.
  • 12/3 – Corte Vista St.: VIC stated jewelry was taken from jewelry box, and one Christmas ornament was taken underneath the Christmas tree. VIC was unsure if side door was locked, and there were no signs of forced entry. Total estimated loss $3,586.00.
  • 12/5 – Toulouse Lane: VIC’s residence burglarized. Entry through open rear ground floor window. Take MacBook and jewelry. Occ’d 0800 – 1530 hours
  • 12/9 – Sawyer: RES entered VIC’s residence through an open rear window and fled prior to police arrival. Take was laptop and headphones.
  • 12/9 – Larkspur Ct.: VIC called to report that her son came home from school and noticed the side gargage door was kicked in. Son walked around to rear of the house and saw unknown RES jumping the back fence. RES was described by son as BMA, 600, 200 wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. Occurred between 1430 and 153…

Bus & Prof Code Violation

  • 11/21 – Sunset Rd: ARR was found to be a minor in possession of alcohol and open container inside a vehicle. ARR released on PTA.

Disturbance

  • 11/24 – Second St.: INV-1 was restrained in handcuffs following a disturbance she caused on campus. INV-1 was released to INV-2 without further incident.

Disturbing the Peace

  • 11/17 – Lone Tree Way: RES threatened VIC after accusing VIC of driving to fast on his street. RES gone prior to police arrival.

Domestic Disturbance

  • 11/21 – Walnut Blvd: INV-1 and INV-2 are in dating relationship and were in a heated verbal argument.

DUI

  • 11/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped on suspicion of DUI and found to be same. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/22 – Oak St.: ARR stopped for CVC violations. ARR was determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/23 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/23 – Nancy St.: ARR was stopped for CVC violations. ARR was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/26 – City Park: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR refused chemical tests and a warrant was obtained for ARR’s blood. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/26 – City Park: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR refused chemical tests and a warrant was obtained for ARR’s blood. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/27 – Lone Tree: ARR stopped for a VC violation and found to be DUI.
  • 11/29 – Finn: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. ARR was determined to be DUI and provided breath samples. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/12 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 was stopped for a VC violation. ARR-1 was determined to be DUI. ARR-2 was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR-1 provided blood samples at BPD. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were transported to MDF.
  • 12/14 – Glenwillow Dr.: ARR was contacted after being involved in a hit and run collision and was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR released on a Promise to Appear.
  • 12/14 – Brookdale Dr.: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be driving under the influence of controlled substances. ARR to MDF, VEH stored.

Embezzlement

  • 11/26 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC reported that his service manager, ARR, embezzled $6890 from the business. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/12 – Sand Creek Rd: RES embezzled approximately $5100 of merchandise from business.

 

Fraud

  • 11/17 – Pajarito Ct.: VIC stated RES used social security number at medical hospital.
  • 11/17 – Carrol Ct.: VIC contacted by Credit Card Company and informed credit card was being used fraudulently.
  • 11/18 – Brentwood Blvd.: VIC stated RES fraudulently used her debit card to withdraw cash from her checking account for a total of approximately 768.99.
  • 11/19 – Brentwood Blvd: Social security number used to create a medical account with Kaiser. Unknown date for intial occurrence.
  • 11/19 – Havenwood Ave: VIC stated UNKNOWN obtained credit cards in her name
  • 11/19 – Anastasia Dr.: VIC reported unknown individual used her credit cards fraudulently.
  • 11/19 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered store with fictious ID with the intent to purchase items using a credit card. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/20 – Sheldon Dr.: VIC reported RES opened up an account with Charter Communications in Georgia, using his name and social security number.
  • 11/21 – Brentwood Blvd: RES used fraudulent checks with VIC’s bank information in Georgia.
  • 11/21 – Bing Ct.: VIC’S account information used in an attempt to make purchases in Emeryville, CA.
  • 11/22 – Second St.: ARR attempted to deposit an altered check. Upon arrest, she was found to be possession of cocaine. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/24 – Pear Tree Ct.: RP reported her identity had been used to open a fraudulent credit card account.
  • 11/26 – Tarragon Dr: An unidentified responsible used VIC’s personal information to obtain a Macy’s American Express credit card in New York.
  • 11/29 – Fairview Way: VIC said she had un-authorized charges on her debit card.
  • 12/5 – Lone Tree Way: ARR used VICs identity to purchase items using VIC’s store credit card. ARR placed under citizens arrest by loss prevention officer and released from scene. (Late report).
  • 12/9 – Brentwood Blvd: Cross report from Sebastopol PD revealed SUS used VIC’s credit card information to obtain $681.29 worth of merchandise.
  • 12/9 – Balfour Rd: Res claimed to be with PG&E and convinced RP-and-Inv-to send him $966.13 via Green Dot MoneyPak cards.
  • 12/12 – Brentwood Blvd: CROSS REPORT FROM FLORIDA. Unidentified RES used VIC’s credit card information to make several purchases in Brentwood and surrounding areas. Total loss is $142.13.

 

Grand Theft

  • 11/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 entered store and stole clothing. RES-1 fled out the rear of store with cart full of clothing. RES-2 was waiting in a vehicle outside. RESs fled prior to PD arrival. Loss: $1665.96
  • 11/21 – Mediterraneo Way: RES sent fraudulent email requesting payment for equipment VIC was purchasing. VIC provided check as requested, VIC later discovered request was fraudulent. Loss $9887.11

 

Narcotics Violation

  • 11/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/27 – Second St.: ARR was stopped for probation search. ARR found in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. Released on NTA.
  • 11/29 – Bypass – ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, meth pipe, and driving on suspended CDL. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/2 – Marjoram: While working on a vacant residence the RP located 135 grams of suspected Marijuana
  • 12/5 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to possess firearm concealed in vehicle. ARR was also in possession of high capacity firearm magazine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/5 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR was also in possession of suspected meth and a glass pipe. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/6 – Bypass: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be in possession of suspected controlled substance. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/6 – Second St.: ARR-1 stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR-2 found to be in possession of crack cocaine for sale. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 12/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to possess ammunition, and approximately 3 grams of methamphetamine for sale. ARR is a convicted felon. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/8 – Haystack Ct.: ARR was contacted and found to have two outstanding arrest warrants for violation of probation. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and concentrated cannabis. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/9 – Cornsilk Ct.: ARR was contacted for a VC violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.

 

 

Parole /Probation Violations

  • 11/18 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found in front of Home Depot in possession of meth and counterfeit bill, while on felony probation.
  • 11/18 – Pine St.: ARR contacted and found to be in possession for drug paraphernalia. ARR released on PTA.
  • 11/29 – O’Hara: ARR was contacted during a welfare check. Juvenile Probation violated the probation due to ARR cutting off his ankle monitor. ARR to Juv Hall.

Penal Code – Other violations

  • 11/19 – Oak St.: ARR2 was contacted and found to be DUI. ARR1 was found to have contributed to the delinquency of a minor. ARR3 was found to be too intoxicated to care for his own safety.
  • 11/28 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR-1, ARR-2, and ARR-3 were detained during a suspicious vehicle investigation at the Streets of Brentwood. All three were found to be in possession of burglary tools and were transported to MDF.

 

 

Petty Theft

  • 11/17 – Peachtree Ct.: Gasoline was siphoned from four VEHs by unknown responsible(s). Occurred between 11/14/14 approximately 1530 hours and 11/17/14 0730 hours.
  • 11/17 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 and ARR-2 shoplifted from business. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 11/18 – Taylor Dr.: VIC left vehicle unlocked during the night. Garmin GPS and iPod Classic were taken, approximate loss $200.
  • 11/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES WFM and RES WMA ate at Mels Diner and left without paying the $23.73 bill
  • 11/19 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole 15 bras and fled the location in a Veh. Loss $930.
  • 11/19 – Eaglerock Ave: Mail addressed to multiple residences found in the bushes. Found on 11/20/14 at approximately 0840 hours. Citizen turned in as found property.
  • 11/20 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES walked into Best Buy headed straight for the laptops, grabbed two and ran out of the store. Res dropped laptops in parking lot. Headed WB on Lone Tree Way.
  • 11/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered store and took two bags of dog food from shelf. Total loss $125.98
  • 11/23 – Gamay Ln: RES stole GPS unit from unlocked vehicle.
  • 11/23 – Brentwood Blvd: RP said 10-15 BMJ’s and BFJ’s took drinks and chips.
  • 11/24 – First St.: Two packages taken from front porch of residence. Occurred 10/28/14 at approximately 1200 hours and additional incident occurred 11/11/14 at approximately 1130 hours.
  • 11/27 – Blackstone Dr.: Unknown responsible entered unlocked vehicle and took multiple items.
  • 11/28 – Brentwood Blvd: 4 HMA entered the store and stole 5 cases of beer. Total loss valued at $51.96.
  • 11/28 – Sand Creek: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were apprehended during a petty theft. Both ARR’s had outstanding warrants, and ARR-1 was in possession of keys to a stolen vehicle. ARR’s to MDF, VEH stored, stolen items returned to owner.
  • 11/29 – Sand Creek: RES stole bras.
  • 11/29 – Second St.: SUS accused VIC of taking his property then he stole VIC’S unattended purse.
  • 12/1 – Shady Willow: Mad Gear scooter was stolen from Pioneer Elementary after school.
  • 12/1 – Jakes Ln: VIC reported that RES stole medication, gift cards, $10 worth of quarters, 15 single dollar bills.
  • 12/2 – Trilogy Parkway: RES stole VIC’s jacket from storage room. Value of stolen property $350.00.
  • 12/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES approached counter requesting Lotto tickets. RES’s debit card was denied. RES left store with merchandise. Total loss $98.44
  • 12/3 – Brentwood blvd: RES stole VIC’s unattended cellphone from gym.
  • 12/5 – Pebble Beach Dr.: Unknown responsible(s) stole four Christmas decorations from victim’s front lawn. Occurred between 12/04/2014, at 2100 hours and 12/05/2014, at 0600 hours.
  • 12/5 – Oak St.: RES made multiple fraudulent withdrawls from VIC’s bank account immediately after VIC used ATM. Loss: $900
  • 12/6 – Blumen – Unknown RES entered VIC’s unlocked vehicle and stole property. Total approximate loss $450.
  • 12/7 – Sunflower: RES stole makeup bag from unlocked vehicle.
  • 12/12 – Elizabeth Way: RES stole package off VIC’s porch. Loss: $30.
  • 12/12 – Meadowgate Way: RES broke into communal mailbox and stole VIC’s mail.
  • 12/12 – Balfour: VIC let ARR borrow her cell phone and ARR fled with phone. ARR located the following day with stolen property and admitted to theft. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/13 – Second St.: Unknown RES placed items inside his backpack and exited the store without paying.
  • 12/13 – Second St.: ARR was observed exiting the store without paying for items.
  • 12/14 – Sand Creek: ARR stole items from store. ARR released on a signed PTA. Loss:$307.63

 

 

 

Restraining Order Violation

  • 12/3 – Balfour Rd: VIC called police to report that he had been beaten up and robbed by his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend in the FOOD MAXX parking lot. The ex-girlfriend currently has an R/O on VIC.
  • 12/8 – Mandarin Ct.: RES was heavily intoxicated violating VIC’s restraining order and his probation.

 

Robbery

  • 11/21 – Second St.: RES’s pushed VIC against wall at bus stop and took his wallet. Total loss $46
  • 11/29 – Sand Creek: VIC-1 and VIC-2 had their cell phones stolen from unidentified responsible.
  • 11/30 – Balfour: RES 1 and RES 2 stole items from store. RES 1 attempted to strike VIC, with a fist, while fleeing the scene.
  • 12/1 – Barbara St.: RES-1 and RES-2 robbed VIC-1 and VIC-2 at gunpoint. RES-1 and RES-2 took jewelry, cellphones, and bank cards from VIC-1 and VIC-2 before fleeing the scene.
  • 12/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES threatened to shoot VIC if she did not give him her purse. VIC could not ID RES. Total loss $60.
  • 12/9 – Sand Creek: 2 BFA and 1 AFA entered business and stole multiple items. One of the responsibles pushed an associate as the RES were leaving the store. Estimated total loss $5832.50.

Vandalism

  • 11/21 – Blackstone Dr. VIC said her vehicle was intentionally scratched.
  • 11/24 – Dainty Ave: Bridge defaced with green and red spray paint. Unknown time of occurrence.
  • 11/25 – O’Hara Ave: Small hole was drilled in the bottom of the gas tank sometime in the last two weeks.
  • 11/29 – Canyonwood: Unknown responsible used an arrow to damage vic’s garage door. Occurred between 11/25/2014, at approximately 1800 hours, and 11/29/2014, at approximately 1623 hours.
  • 11/29 – Begonia Dr.: RES slashed three inflated christmas decorations and fled the scene.
  • 12/1 – Pristine: Christmas lawn decoration damaged by unknown responsible(s). Occurred 11/29/14 between approximately 1730 hours and 1830 hours.
  • 12/1 – Ranchwood Dr.: Unknown RES through a rock and broke the front window of VIC’s residence. Occurred from 0730-0750 hours.
  • 12/1 – Harvest Park Dr: RES used a screwdriver to scratch VIC 1 and VIC 2’s vehicles. RES released to his adult brother.
  • 12/1 – O’Hara: Retaining wall defaced with black spray paint. Unknown responsible(s). Unknown approximate time of occurrence. Report on 12/1/14 at approximately 1446 hours.
  • 12/1 – Balfour Rd: RP called to report that ARR took her son’s phone and threw it on the ground at Veterans park.
  • 12/3 – Heartland: Unknown RES(s) vandalized a vacant residence
  • 12/9 – First St.: Unknown RES cut the sun screen tarps over the lunch tables at Garin Elementary, value-$10,000.
  • 12/13 – City Park Way: Subject(s) removed and discharged contents of fire extinguishers in parking structure.
  • 12/14 – Oak St.: Unknown RES broke the glass portion of the front door. Total loss approximately $400.

 

 

 

Warrant

  • 11/22 – Second St.: ARR contacted during disturbance. ARR had outstanding no bail warrant for failing to attend custody alternative program. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/22 – Concord Ave: CIT was stopped for a VC violation. CIT was determined to be unlicensed. CIT was released from scene on a PTA and her vehicle was stored. ARR was a passenger of CIT. ARR was determined to have a felony warrant for 496(a) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/27 – Balfour: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR had a warrant from Alameda County. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/29 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to have a misdemeanor warrant for 243(e)(1) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/30 – Reddington: ARR was contacted and was determined to have 2 misdemeanor arrest warrants for 11377(a) H&S and 11550(a) H&S. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/1 – Sand Creek: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. During a search of ARR’s vehicle, officers located a bullet proof vest. ARR also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of San Joaquin County.
  • 12/3 – Balfour: ARR contacted during suspicious vehicle check, found to have outstanding warrant. ARR cite and released on scene.
  • 12/3 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have felony warrant out of Alameda County. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/5 – Remington St.: RES made multiple fraudulent withdrawls from VIC’s bank account immediately after VIC used ATM. Loss: $900
  • 12/7 – Handel Way: ARR found to have an outstanding cite release warrant. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 12/13 – Willow Creek: ARR contacted at residence. ARR released on PTA with appearance date of 2/24/2015.
  • 12/13 – Arlington Way: ARR found to have an outstanding cite-release warrant (CCCSO).
  • 12/14 – Teal Ct.: ARR contacted during unwanted guest report. ARR found to have 3 outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violations

  • 11/21 – First St.: ARR contacted and found in possession of OC spray, switchblade, and suspected cocaine. ARR released to INV-2.
  • 11/26 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for CVC violation, found to be on probation and in possession of concealed dagger. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to possess firearm concealed in vehicle. ARR was also in possession of high capacity firearm magazine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 12/9 – Sand Creek Rd.: ARR was contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop and found to be a felon in possession of a stun gun. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/13 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted as a passenger in a vehicle stopped for VC violations. ARR resisted and attacked officers and upon arrest was found to be a felon in possession of a stolen loaded concealed firearm. ARR also found to have active PAL warrant. ARR to MDF.
