by ECT

At around 10:10 am Tuesday, more than 2,796 PG&E customers in the City of Antioch lost power.  The cause of the outage was not yet known and the estimated restoration was 11:45 am.

3:30 pm Update:
Power has been restored to all but 144 customers while the cause of the outage appears to be damage to an underground power cable.  PG&E is hoping to have power restored to all customers by late afternoon.
