Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery Reminds Residents of Garbage Pick Up Schedule During Holidays

Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery wants to remind residents that Christmas & New Year’s day fall on a Monday and that all collection days that week will take place the day after your regular collection day.

For example, if your pick-up day is normally on Monday, we will pick up on Tuesday. If your pick up day is on Friday then we will be picking up on Saturday. Please have your carts at the curb by 5:00 AM.

In East Contra Costa County, this will impact residents in Pittsburg, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Byron and Knightsen communities.

This schedule is only for the week of Christmas and New Years.
