The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between May 27 – June 12 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 5/27 – Breton Dr.: RES battered VIC. No prosecution desired.
  • 5/29 – Brentwood Blvd: RES battered VIC and pepper sprayed her in the face. Case under investigation.
  • 5/30 – Peachtree Ct.: ARR punched and bit VIC during an altercation. VIC was transported to Kaiser for moderate injuries and ARR was released on a Juvenile Affidavit.
  • 5/31 – Piata Ct.: VIC was involved in an altercation with an unknown RES.
  • 6/5 – Oak St.: ARR battered VIC. ARR placed under citizens arrest.
  • 6/11 – Cesar Chavez Dr.: RES kicked VIC in his head and on his side multiple times during an altercation. RES fled the scene prior to police arrival. VIC transported to SDMH by AMR

Auto Theft

  • 5/27 – Anderson Lane: VIC VEH stolen over night. Est. value $2,500. VEH later recovered by Pittsburg PD.
  • 5/27 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC’s vehicle was taken without permission on 5/25/16. Vehicle still outstanding. Entered into SVS.
  • 5/30 – Manzanillo Way: An unidentified responsible took VIC’s vehicle.
  • 5/31 – Central Blvd: VIC’s green 1999 four door Honda Civic, stolen from his residence between 05/29/16 and 05/31/16.
  • 6/11 – Brookwood Ct.: RES stole VIC’s vehicle from the driveway. Vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 5/30 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke the passenger side windows of VEH and stole a laptop.
  • 6/1 – Second St.: Responsible entered locked truck and took ac/dc power inverter and company gas card.
  • 6/6 – Second St.: RES forced entry into VIC’s locked vehicle and stole approximately $1,230.00 in specialized tools.
  • 6/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES broke into VIC’s vehicle and stole a purse.
  • 6/7 – Sand Creek Rd: Vehicle’s passengers side window shattered, Purse taken from under the seat, purse recovered and returned to owner.
  • 6/9 – Sand Creek Rd: Passenger side window broken. Purse taken from inside vehicle.

Burglary – Business

  • 6/1 – Lone Tree Way: RES’s entered the business and stole $3240 worth of electronic equipment. RES’s have conducted similar thefts throughout the area.
  • 6/2 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered the business and stole an unknown amount of iPhones.
  • 6/3 – Brentwood Blvd: RES smashed glass door and entered business taking 4 glass smoking devices worth approximately $1100.

Burglary – Residential

  • 5/30 – Arch Ct.: RES entered residence through unlocked front window and stole cash and jewelry.
  • 5/31 – Salice Way: RES broke window and entered home under construction. A stainless steel microwave oven and refrigerator were stolen.
  • 6/1 – Broderick Dr.: RES entered VIC’s rear locked door and stole cash from closet on 6/1/16 from 1900-2200.
  • 6/4 – Sycamore Ave: RES entered VIC’s residence through front window and stole several items. $11,750 loss.
  • 6/7 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered residence through window and stole house keys. Occurred on 06/07/16 between 0530 to 1230.

Drunk

  • 6/5 – Balfour: ARR-1 and ARR-2 engaged in a verbal altercation and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Both unable to care for their own safety. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 6/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/9: First St.: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of alcohol and CNS stimulant. ARR unable to care for himself and transported to MDF.

Drunk Driver

  • 5/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. ARR ro MDF.
  • 5/31 – Balfour Rd: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI and driving VEH on a suspended CDL for DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violations. ARR was DUI and was transported to MDF. ARR’s vehicle parked.
  • 6/9 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted after colliding with several trees and found to be DUI. ARR was extremely intoxicated and later transported via AMR to the hospital for observation.
  • 6/10 – Apricot Way: ARR stopped for CVC violations and found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/11 – Second St.: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF. Vehicle towed for storage.
  • 6/12 – Bypass Highway 4: ARR’s vehicle stopped for a CVC violation. ARR was DUI and on parole for 245 PC. ARR was transported to MDF.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 5/29 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during a suspicious circumstance. ARR fraudulently used a stolen credit card to obtain funds, was in possession of stolen property, and in violation of felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/1 – E. Country Club Dr: ARRs stopped for VC violations and found to possess forged access cards, identifying information of others, stolen property, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. All ARRs on probation. ARR-2 also used someone else’s name and found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Vehicle…
  • 6/2 – Greenleaf Dr.: RES withdrew approximately $25,000 from VIC bank account, over a period of time and without VIC permission.

Gang

  • 5/27 – Brentwood blvd: ARR stabbed VIC. ARR fled and was later apprehended. ARR to MDF.

Grand Theft

  • 5/30 – Homecoming Way: RES entered VIC’s work vehicle via an unlock door. Once inside, RES stole items and fled.
  • 6/1 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole two cell phones from the business. Total loss: $1,049.98
  • 6/6 – Corte Vista St.: VIC’s purse was taken from her unsecured vehicle overnight. The property was located by R/P and returned to VIC. Estimated recovery valued at $1,600.
  • 6/7 – Tayberry Lane: RES stole $3000-$4000 worth of jewelry from VIC.
  • 6/7 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole ten cellphones and fled the scene.

Narcotic Drug Law Violation

  • 5/27 – Sycamore Ave: ARR was contacted for an outstanding warrant and was found to be in possession of controlled substances for sale. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/31 – Sand Creek: ARR-1 was stopped for numerous CVC violations. BPD police K9 alerted to suspected controlled substance in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 6/2 – Grant St.: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia and was also under the influence. ARR to MDF
  • 6/3 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted while carrying a bicycle frame. ARR determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and arrested. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/3 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted while carrying a bicycle frame. ARR determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and arrested. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/3 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted after a report of a vehicle burglary. ARR found to be in possession of suspected Methametamine.
  • 6/6 – McClarren Rd: ARR contacted at location and found to be on probation, under the influence of a CNS stimulant and in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/10 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. A search of ARR’s vehicle revealed narcotics for sales. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 5/28 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole merchandise from store and fled the scene when contacted by loss prevention.
  • 5/28 – Roundhill Dr.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were contacted stealing mail from mailboxes. ARR-1 was on parole. ARR- 2 was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 5/30 – Balfour: ARR stole merchandise from Safeway. Property recovered and returned. 147.99 total
  • 5/30 – Oak St.: VIC’s tools were stolen from his work vehicle. Tools include IPad, gauges, torch kit, and hand tools. Estimated loss: $1925
  • 5/31 – Lone Tree Way: Responsibles took 2 demonstration cell phones from display
  • 6/1 – Minnesota Ave: Unknown responsible(s) stole a gold Apple iPhone during graduation practice.
  • 6/1 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole watches, jewelry, and jeans. RES’s fled in VEH.
  • 6/6 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole three pairs of shoes. RES’s fled in VEH.
  • 6/7 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole a cellphone and fled the area.
  • 6/7 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole a display phone and fled in VEH.
  • 6/8 – Mildred Ave: An unidentified responsible stole items (Sirius XM Radio, Pittsburg HS Staff ID) from VIC’s unlocked vehicle.
  • 6/10 – Griffith Lane: RES stole VIC iPad while unattended.

Reckless Driving

  • 6/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was stopped for reckless driving. ARR released on a PTA, and VEH was stored.
  • 6/11 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was stopped for reckless driving. ARR released on a NTA. ARR’s vehicle towed

Restraining Order Violation

  • 6/1 – Mill Creek Way: ARR was at location in violation of a served DV order. ARR was located in an adjacent neighborhood and taken into custody. ARR was in possession of drug paraphernalia. ARR is on active misdemeanor probation. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 5/28 – Chestnut St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were contacted after a reported strong arm robbery. ARR-1 was found to be in possession of a concealed dirk or dagger. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF, and all property stolen was returned to VIC.
  • 5/31 – Balfour Rd: 2 RES’s stole purse from VIC as she was sitting in her vehicle. Total loss $530.00.

Vandalism

  • 5/27 – Emerald Bay Dr: A vehicle’s rear passenger’s side window was shattered by an unknown object.
  • 5/30 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered the business by cutting a lock to the side gate. Once inside, RES forced entry into the office area and damaged the property.
  • 6/1 – Gabriella Lane: Window of residence was damaged letters were carved into the window sill.
  • 6/2 – Brentwood Blvd: RES threw rocks at VIC’s vehicles causing damage. Estimated damage valued at $800.00.
  • 6/3 – Central Blvd: Unknown responsible(s) scratched a vehicle and attempted to pry the driver’s side door open. No entry made.
  • 6/7 – Amber Lane: Vehicle egged while in driveway. Eggs damaged paint on vehicle.
  • 6/8 – Roundhill Dr.: RES was angry and struck a vehicle with his fist causing damage to a front turn signal.
  • 6/12 – Ranchwood Dr: RES threw a brick through VIC’s window causing $500 in damage.
  • 6/12 – Queen Palm Ln: RES smashed VIC’s VEH window with a rock. Estimated cost $250.

Warrant 

  • 5/27 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted after a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR found to have a Misdemeanor noncitable warrant for juvenile probation violation. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/29 – Europena Dr.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were contacted after a report of a suspicious vehicle call. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to were found to have non citable misdemeanor warrants. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 6/2 – First St.: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and was found to have two misdemeanor bench warrants out of Walnut Creek PD for 484/488 PC, and 470 (a) PC. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 6/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted during loitering complaint. ARR found to have 2 warrants out of SF. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/4 – Marsh Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and found to have a felony warrant for auto theft. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/7 – Amber Lane: ARR and INV were contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR had a no bail warrant from Oakland PD. ARR was transported to MDF for booking.
  • 6/7 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted during a welfare check. ARR was determined to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 6/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted and found to have a misdemeanor outside warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/9 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR turned herself in on an outstanding warrant. ARR was booked at C.C.C. Juvenile Hall.
  • 6/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted during a pedestrian stop. A records check revealed ARR had two warrants for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/11 – Heidorn Ranch Rd: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop for VC violations. ARR found to have a misdemeanor warrant out of Richmond PD for 496(a) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/11 – Orchard Dr.: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding felony/misdemeanor warrants for 487 PC and 242/243PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/11 – Dunedin Dr: ARR was contacted and found to have two misdemeanor warrants. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 6/11 – Diablo Way: INV-1 and ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop for VC violations. ARR found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants out of CCCSO for 11377(a) HS and 4024.2(C) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted after a pedestrian stop and found to have two misdemeanor cite releasable warrants. ARR released on a PTA.

Weapons Violation

  • 5/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted related to a call for service and found to be in possession of a concealed dirk/dagger. ARR to MDF.
