The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between July 1-8 according to information provided by Brentwood Police Department.

Arson

  • 7/7 – Pasco Dr. -RESs set fire to foam on top of the park bench at the listed location causing minor

Assault

  • 7/8 – Central Blvd:VIC was disciplining RES by taking away his cellular phone. RES pushed VIC in the face and pulled his hair. VIC declined prosecution. RES was counseled regarding his behavior.

Auto Theft

  • 7/1 – Balfour Rd: Vehicle taken from the front yard of the residence.
  • 7/1 – First St: Unidentified RES stole VIC’s vehicle from the carport. Total loss is approximately $2000. Vehicle entered into SVS
  • 7/2 – Littlejohn Way: VIC’s vehicle stolen sometime overnight from in front of the residence. Vehicle entered into SVS as stolen.
  • 7/6 – Lone Tree Way: VIC vehicle was stolen between 2130-2310 hours from business parking lot.

Burglary – Auto

  • 7/2 – Sand Creek Rd: Rear passenger side window of VIC’s vehicle was smashed and a backpack was taken from the vehicle.
  • 7/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES shattered VIC-1’s rear passenger window and stole VIC-2′ property.
  • 7/4 – Balfour Rd: Unknown RES entered VIC’s vehicle by forcing open the rear window overnight. Once inside, RES took VIC’s property.

  • 7/7 – Foothill Dr. – No info provided

Burglary – Business

  • 6/30 – Sand Creek Rd: Unidentified RES forced entry into business and stole cash register. Total loss is under investigation.
  • 6/30 – Balfour Rd: ARR- entered the business with the intent to commit theft, and was later caught by store security stealing $50.31 worth of merchandise. ARR- was determined to be on probation, and he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. In addition, ARR- was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines
  • 7/4 – Walnut Blvd: RP observed RES attempting to remove ATM machine. RES fled the scene prior to police arrival.
  • 7/7 – W. Country Club – No info provided
  • 7/8 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered store with burglary tools in her purse. ARR cut security devises off items. ARR put items in her purse. ARR on misdemeanor probation for 484PC and 488PC. Total approximate stolen was $458.62. ARR to MDF.

Burglary – Residential

  • 6/30 – Scenic Ct.: Unknown RES entered VIC’s house through the side garage door. Total approximate loss is $45,000.
  • 7/4 – Alexander Way: RES forced entry into VICS home and stole VICS property (a small safe).
  • 7/4 – St. Andrews Dr.: RES’s entered VIC’s residence via unlocked rear door. RES’s stole safe containing personal items.

Dunk

  • 6/30 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was harassing customers and threatening staff. ARR was determined to be highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. ARR to MDF.

DUI

  • 7/2 – Brentwood Blvd:ARR is on court probation for DUI and was stopped for VC violations. ARR determined to be DUI and resisted officers during arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR drove his vehicle into the ditch in front of Best Buy. ARR determined to be driving under the influence. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/7 – Heartland Cl: ARR contacted and found to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle towed and stored.

Embezzlement

  • 7/1 – Lone Tree Way: ARR embezzled approximately $3,300 from employer. ARR released per 849(b) PC.

Fraud

  • 7/1 – Lone Tree Way:RES used VIC’s personal information to open an account at Kohls and make purchases. (9:08 am)
  • 7/1 – Brentwood Blvd: RES used VIC’s personal information to open an account at Kohls and make purchases (3:59 pm)
  • 7/7 – Lone Tree Way: Unidentified RES used VIC’s account information to purchase merchandise valued at $1,147.
  • 7/8 – Haddington Ct.: RES- used VIC’s debit card information to obtain approximately $5800 worth of goods and services in Maryland.

Grand Theft

  • 6/30 – Lone Tree Way: Four small trailers were taken from the maintenance yard for the golf course. Total loss was $2150.
  • 7/2 – Las Montanas Ct: RES entered VIC’s unlocked VEH and stole items.
  • 7/3 – Sand Creek Rd: RES stole $999 worth of underwear from the business.
  • 7/6 – Picadilly Ln: RES stole tools out of bed of pick-up truck.
  • 7/6 – Rockwell St.: Unlocked men’s mountain bike taken from front porch. Occurred between approximately 7/4/14 2300 hours and 7/5/14 1100 hours.
  • 7/7 – Gann St.: Unknown RES stole the catalytic converter from VIC’s truck. Estimated cost to repair was $4200.00.

H&S Violation

  • 7/2 – Balfour Rd:ARR was stopped for multiple vehicle code violations and found to be driving with a suspended license. During an inventory search of ARR’s vehicle pending an impound, 2 baggies of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found in the passenger compartment.
  • 7/3 – ARR contacted and determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.

Malicious Mischief (Vandalism)

  • 7/2 – Clarksburg Pl:Responsible(s) threw rocks through window panes of new construction homes.
  • 7/3 – Ashbourne Pl:RP advised someone damaged or removed eight sprinkler heads from the front lawn. (6/30/14 0800 to 07/03/14 0800)
  • 7/3 – Homecoming Way: RES intentionally allowed his vehicle to roll into VIC’s vehicle, possibly causing damage. VIC did not desire prosecution, and RES was transported to the hospital for a medical condition.
  • 7/4 – Eclipse PL: RES shattered the rear drive side window to VIC’s vehicle with an unknown object.
  • 7/7 – Marjoram Dr: responsible used white spray paint to write on fence along walking trail at end of Marjoram Dr.
  • 7/8 – W. Country Club Dr.: Responsible(s) used a spray foam product to mark side of victim’s vehicle.

Miscellaneous Information

  • 7/8 – Brentwood Blvd: Oakland PD forwarded a sexual assault report that possibly happened in 2011.

Narcotics

  • 7/2 – Brentwood Blvd:ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
  • 7/4 – Walnut Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted and discovered to be on probation. ARR was also determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. During a search of ARR, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Outside Assist

  • 7/6 – Roundhill Dr: UNK RES stole the VIC’s purse and attempted to use credit cards at several locations without success. The original crime occurred in Antioch.

Petty Theft

  • 6/30 – Edgefield Pl: Purse taken from unlocked vehicle during the weekend. Loss $500.
  • 6/30 – Balfour: RES- stole a shopping cart full of groceries and began loading the items into his vehicle. Staff confronted RES about the theft, so he fled the scene. It was unknown how much merchandise was already loaded into his vehicle before he was confronted.
  • 7/2 – Sand Creek Rd: An unidentified responsible entered the business and selected skin product and left the business without paying for the item.
  • 7/3 – Anastasia Dr: RES stole VIC’s mail.
  • 7/3 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES entered VIC’s unlocked truck and stole miscellaneous items. Total loss approximately $28.
  • 7/3 – Sand Creek Rd: Front license plate taken from vehicle while parked in parking lot IFO the Dollar Tree. Occurred 6/16/14 between approximately 1300 hours and 1600 hours.
  • 7/4 – Pebble Ct: Unknown RES removed property from VIC’s parked and unlocked vehicle overnight.
  • 7/4 – Alpine Ct: Unknown RES removed property from VIC’s parked and unlocked vehicle overnight.
  • 7/6 – Cayenne Dr.: Catalytic converter take from VEH parked on the roadway. Occurred betweenApproximately
  • 7/6 – Second St. – no info provided
  • 7/6 – Sweetbriar Ct.: Catalytic converter taken from VEH parked on the roadway. Occurred between approximately 7/4/14 2200 hours and 7/6/14 1000 hours.
  • 7/7 – Marjoram Dr. – No info provided
  • 7/7 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole $70 worth of items from the business. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/7 – Brentwood Blvd: RES- stole a thirty pack of Coor’s light brand beer valued at $23.86
  • 7/8 – Mismarck Ln: VIC’s front license plate to vehicle is missing or stolen. Plate entered into SVS.

Parole/Probation Violations

  • 7/3 – Handel Way: ARR at residence in violation of a DV restraining order. ARR delayed and resisted Officers commands. ARR on CDC parole and placed on parole hold. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/4 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted during suspicious circumstance and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant, paraphernalia, burglary tools, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 7/2 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR had no forms of payment when she selected $2094.16 worth of cosmetics and left the business. ARR was in possession of the items when she was contacted by loss prevention officers in front of the business. ARR then resisted their detention. During the investigation ARR refused to provide…
  • 7/6 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered business and robbed employees at gun point. RES fled scene prior to officers arrival.

Warrant

  • 7/2 – Villa Tr: Warrant service at ARR’s residence. Warrant confirmed and ARR transported to MDF.
  • 7/7 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation while riding a bicycle. ARR was found to have a warrant. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 7/8 – Walnut Bl: ARR contacted and found to have a non-citable misdemeanor warrant for 23152(a) VC. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violations:

  • 7/8 – Sunflower Lane: ARR was contacted during an identify theft investigation and was found to a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, ammunition, methamphetamine, and narcotic prescription pills. ARR to MDF.

Thank God there were not domestic disturbances, terrorist threats, harassment , or restraining order violations. BPD would of had to call back up from DB.

Honestly, You should be thanking God for two things:

1. Being stupid isn’t a crime.
2. That Knightsen doesn’t have a police department.
