The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between January 25 through February 7 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 1/26 – First St.: VIC was punched by RES.
  • 1/29 – Summer Red Way: RES punched VIC under the left eye after verbal altercation. No prosecution desired.
  • 1/30 – Lone Tree Way: Unidentified RES struck VIC in the face. Occurred 1/29/16 at approximately 2310 hours. RES and VIC fled prior to police arrival. VIC later went to ER for facial injury.
  • 1/30 – Brentwood Blvd.: Unknown RES battered VIC while she was dancing. RES fled the scene prior to BPD arriving.
  • 1/30 – Bentley Ct.: RES-1 and RES-2 struck VIC several times causing multiple facial fractures. VIC was transported to Sutter Delta Hospital by AMR.
  • 1/30 – Lone Tree Way: RES (employee) struck VIC (Manager) in the face once with closed fist at location. RES fled. VIC sustained bruise to left side of face and eye.
  • 1/31- Lone Tree Way: ARR battered VIC after the two argued over the price of a cell phone cover. VIC signed a CA and ARR released on a PTA.
  • 2/2 – Spanish Trail Ct.: RES punched VIC several times. VIC sustained injury to face and eye. RES to MDF.
  • 2/2 – Country Glen Ln: VIC was stabbed twice during an altercation with RES during a dice game.
  • 2/2 – Second St.: VIC reported being assaulted by co-worker. No injuries.
  • 2/3 – Lisa Ct.: RES-1 battered RES-2 while RES-2 was holding a kitchen knife. Minor injuries. Case forwarded.
  • 2/3 – Sunrise Dr.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 battered each other. Both signed citizen arrest forms. Both released on PTA.

Auto Theft

  • 1/25 – Demartini Lane: VIC vehicle stolen from street in front of residence. 2015 red Corvette Stingray Entered into SVS.
  • 1/27 – Campanello Way: SUS took vehicle without permission (Occ’d 01/26 @ 1150 hrs.).
  • 1/27 – O’Hara Ave: RES did not return her rental car. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 1/27 – Shady Willow Lane : RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/28 – Windsor Way: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from the street in front of her residence between 1/28/16 2330 to 1/29/16 1050 hours. Veh entered into SVS.
  • 1/30 – Celestine St.: VIC’s 2015 Chevrolet Camaro was stolen while parked in front of her residence. VIC’s vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 2/1 – Sycamore Ave: VIC’s vehicle was stolen. (01/31/16-2230 hours – 02/01/16-1800 hours)
  • 2/2 – Gingerwood Tr: Unknown RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 2/3 – Central Blvd: RP vehicle stolen over night.
  • 2/4 – Nunn St.: RES stole VEH. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 2/5 – Lone Tree Way: Unidentified RES stole VIC’s 1996, green, 4-D, Honda Civic
  • 2/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES rented vehicle and never returned it.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 1/25 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced entry to VIC’s vehicle and stole digital camera. Occd 2030-2100 hours.
  • 1/26 – Lone Tree Way: VIC vehicle broken into. Window broken, laptop and laptop bag stolen. Total loss is approximately $720.
  • 1/27 – Central Blvd: Window to VIC vehicle broken. Pink and brown leather purse and house keys taken from front passenger seat. Total loss estimated at $200.
  • 1/28 – Fernwood Ln: RES used slim jim to open VIC’s vehicle and stole various tools and stereo valued at $1800 loss.
  • 1/30 – Lone Tree way: RES smashed window of VIC’s vehicle and stole a purse and a laptop.
  • 1/31 – Lone Tree Way: RES shattered VIC’s vehicle windows and stole Iphone 6 and Ipad2 valued at $1170.
  • 2/1 – Sycamore Ave: VIC’s vehicle was broken into and a detachable face stereo was stolen.
  • 2/4 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke three windows to locked vehicle and stole personal property. Occurred 02/04/16 2030 hours-2115 hours.
  • 2/4 – Griffith Lane: VIC’s vehicle window smashed and purse taken. Total estimated loss $630.
  • 2/5 – Sand Creek Road: RES entered locked vehicle and took Pioneer CD player and radio. Occurred 2/5/16 between approximately 1900 hours and 2230 hours.
  • 2/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES shattered front passenger window, taking miscellaneous CDs and black CD visor case. Occurred between 02/05/16 approximately 1830 hours and 02/06/16 0005 hours.
  • 2/6 – Sand Creek: RES shattered rear passenger window of vehicle and attempted to take gym bag. RES left gym back in parking lot near vehicle. No items taken. Occurred 2/6/16 between 2115 hours and 2320 hours.

Burglary – Other

  • 1/31 – Second St.: RES forced entry into rear of school. Unknown loss at time of report. Ocurred between 1/31/2016 0307 and 1/31/2016 0320 hrs.

Burglary – Residential

  • 1/25 – Pebble Beach Dr.: RES broke the rear slider of residence and entered home. RES stole about $2950 in property.
  • 1/27 – Lynn Dr.: VIC said an unidentified responsible forced entry into his home.
  • 1/29 – Berry Lane: RES entered through rear yard bathroom window, ransacked the interior, and exited garage. RES kicked a fence board outward and fled into the Broderick Drive complex.
  • 2/2 – La Pergola Dr.: Forced entry into VIC’S residence (Occ’d 02/02 @ 1113 hrs). Firearm stolen.

Business & Professions Code Violation

  • 1/27 – Second St.: The ARR is a student at Liberty High School and had a partially filled bottle of Skye brand blueberry flavored vodka in her possession.

DUI

  • 1/25 – Fairview Ave: ARR involved in hit and run accident and found too intoxicated to operate vehicle. ARR provided blood sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/31 – Technology Way: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 2/5 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 1/27 – Sand Creek Road: RES used VIC’s personal information to open several accounts. Total loss $1552.12

Grand Theft

  • 1/26 – Sand Cree: SUS was the last person in possession of a nightly deposit bag that is missing.
  • 1/26 – Brentwood Blvd: Responsible entered victim’s unlocked vehicle and took two laptops and computer bag.
  • 1/28 – Sand Cree Road: 2 RES entered retail business and stole approximately $1,000 worth of shirts from retailer.
  • 1/30 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown RES stole 4 tires/rims off of VIC’s vehicle and left it parked on crates. Total loss approximately $2500.
  • 2/4- Second St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 stole approximately 60 bottles of alcohol from the Safeway grocery store and fled in a vehicle. A witness followed the vehicle and reported the incident to police dispatch. Officers intercepted the vehicle and recovered the stolen property. Total loss was $2,182. Property returned to…
  • 2/5 – Sand Creek Road: Store manager reported approximately 80 pair of under garments missing from display table at front of store. Occurred between 1745 and 1800 hours on 2/5/16.

H&S Violation

  • 2/3 – First St: ARR contacted during traffic enforcement stop, found to be in possession of methamphetamine, scale, and plastic bags. ARR to MDF.

Narcotic Drug Law Violations

  • 1/25 – Balfour Road: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of Heroin for sales. ARR to MDF
  • 2/2 – Spanish Trail Ct.: ARR and CIT were stopped during a suspicious vehicle call. ARR was determined to be in possession of methamphetamine and CIT had a suspended driver’s license. ARR released on a NTA and CIT was released on a PTA.
  • 2/2 – Sunrise Dr: ARR contacted and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR released on NTA.
  • 2/5 –First St.: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine TPW 2.6 G, drug paraphernalia, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 2/7 – Sand Creek: ARR-1, ARR-2, and ARR-3 detained on suspicion of shoplifting. ARR-1 was in possession of suspected Heroin. ARR-2 had a non-citable warrant for her arrest (484PC). ARR-3 was in possession of stolen property. ARR-2 to MDF. ARR-1 and ARR-3 released on NTA’s.

Other Violations

  • 1/26 – American Ave: ARR- brandished a knife at VIC on the campus of Heritage High School.

Penal Code Violations

  • 2/5 – Birchwood Rd: RES negligently discharged a firearm inside of residence.

Petty Theft

  • 1/26 – Sand Cree Road: Responsible took wallet from victim’s open and unattended backpack
  • 1/27 – Pasco Dr.: SUS exited VIC’s residence with his cell phone without permission. SUS is refusing to return phone to VIC
  • 1/28 – Mills Dr.: Responsible female took items from victim’s porch and returned them after being confronted. Responsible fled in green or gray Ford Ranger. No monetary loss.
  • 1/29 – Boulder St.: RES stole check from VIC’s mailbox and cashed the check in Pittsburg.
  • 1/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR detained by loss prevention after leaving business without paying for merchandise. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 1/30 – Sycamore: RES entered VIC’s unsecured vehicle and removed property without consent. Property loss valued at $620.00′
  • 1/30 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered business with intent to steal. RES cut package open to locked phone case and left the store without paying. RES identified from surveillance.
  • 1/30 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES stole VIC’s white and gold Apple iPhone from locker. Total loss $600.
  • 1/31 – Balfour: RES stole neon Budweiser sign from VIC. Total loss approximately $200.
  • 1/31 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted after stealing from store. ARR positively identified in an infield line up. Merchandise not recovered. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 2/2 – Balfour: RES stole 3 cases of baby formula.
  • 2/2 – Balfour: UNK RES took VIC’s bicycle without permission.
  • 2/3 – Shady Willow: Items stolen from VIC’S unlocked vehicle (Occ’d 02/02-02/03).
  • 2/3 – Balfour: ARR stole items because VIC wouldn’t refund his money. ARR released on JUV affidavit.
  • 2/4 – Second St.: ARR stole merchandise from business and detained by loss prevention. ARR released on PTA.
  • 2/5 – Second St.: RES entered business and stole $200 in make-up/cosmetics.
  • 2/5 – Cobalt Lane: Tools taken from VIC’s truck bed overnight.
  • 2/5 – Sand Creek Road: ARR stole cell phone from location and fled prior to police arrival. INV-1 got cell phone back but the sim card from the phone was missing. ARR later contacted and sim card recovered.
  • 2/6 – Balfour: RES left the business without paying for merchandise. RES left the area in a silver Honda CRV. Loss was valued at $50.00
  • 2/6 – Balfour: ARR stole $225 in groceries. ARR found to be felony probation for PC 245 (a)(4). ARR was transported to MDF for booking.
  • 2/7 – Sand Creek: SUS stole a pair of shoes and other items totaling in $116.96 from DSW.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 2/4 – Astor Ct.: ARR contacted on miscellaneous welfare check and found to be in violation of a restraining order, and in violation of his probation. ARR also found to have two misdemeanor warrants out of Antioch. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 2/3 – Sand Creek Rd: SUS #1 pushed VIC and stole cosmetics.

Vandalism

  • 1/26 – Oak St.: RES threw a large rock at the front windshield of VIC’S vehicle damaging the windshield and hood.
  • 1/30 – Cambrian Pl: RES shattered VIC’s vehicle window by throwing a large rock at the vehicle. Estimated damage valued at $500.00.
  • 2/1 – Mendota St.: UNK RES threw rock at VIC kitchen window causing it to break. Est loss $250.
  • 2/3 – Chestnut St.: VIC said all four tires on her vehicle were punctured.

Warrant Arrest

  • 1/27 – Marsh Creek: ARR had a felony warrant for his arrest out of Contra Costa County for failure to comply with order of probation (487(c) PC). ARR to MDF.
  • 2/5 – Henry Hart Dr: ARR contacted and found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants from Solano County for 11377(a)H&S and 23152(a/b) CVC. ARR to MD

Weapons Violation

  • 1/30 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted for VC violations. ARR found to be a narcotic addict in possession of tear gas, in possession of burglary tools, drug paraphernalia, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 2/4 – W. Country Club: ARR was contacted during welfare check and found to be in possession of counterfeit currency, a billy club, drug paraphernalia, and on probation for 476PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 2/5 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to be an addict in possession of tear gas. ARR to MDF.
