The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between  January 19-27 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 1/22 – Mediterraneo Way: ARR pushed VIC to the ground. VIC signed a Citizen’s Arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Indiana Ave: VIC stated she was struck in face during argument with RES. RES left prior to our arrival.
  • 1/26 – Taylor Dr: RES-1 pushed VIC-1 and broke cell phone. RES-1 fled scene.

Auto Theft

  • 1/19 – Wildflower: RES stole VIC’s vehicle. INV parked the vehicle on 1/17/15. Vehicle was discovered stolen on 1/19/15. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/20 – Harvest Park Dr: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from location. VIC’s vehicle was located unoccupied on Crimson Clover Ct. Vehicle was released to VIC.
  • 1/25 – Brentwood Blvd: Veh stolen from parking space inside complex.
  • 1/26 – St. Regis Ave: VIC’s vehicle stolen from IFO residence. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/26 – Duffy Way: RES stole VIC’s vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/26 – Sand Creek: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission. VIC’s vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary or Theft from Auto

  • 1/19 – Balfour: RES shattered VIC’s vehicle window and stole a backpack and makeup bag. Occd at 2150 hours.
  • 1/20 – Pristine Way: Unknown responsible(s) gained entry to locked VEH parked in the driveway of residence. Miscellaneous costume jewelry taken from VEH. Occurred between approximately 1/19/15 1830 hours and 1/20/15 0645 hours.

Burglary – Business

  • 1/20 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1, RES-2, RES-3 forced entry into store and stole jewelry and various items on 01/20/15 between 0524 hours to 0548 hours.
  • 1/22 – Brentwood Blvd: Attempted forced entry via glass break. No entry made. Occ’d 1/22/15 0416-0418 hrs.
  • 1/26 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR forced entry into office and was apprehended inside by police. ARR was in possession of keys to apartments.

Burglary – Residential

  • 1/20 – Spruce St.: RES removed a screen and shattered a single pane on VIC’s dual pane sliding glass door. Entry was not made into the residence.
  • 1/23 – Shiles LP: RP reported someone entered his unlocked garage, stole tools and a speaker box while he was out of town. VIC suspected INV-1 and INV-2. (12/13/2014-01/23/2015)

Counterfeit / Forgery

  • 1/20 – Balfour: Responsible entered business and used $700 in counterfeit bills (PC476, PC476(A))
  • 1/21 – Lone Tree: ARR attempted to cash a stolen check at Bank of America on Lone Tree Way. ARR was arrested and transported to MDF.
  • 1/27 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR and RES-1 and RES-2 used counterfeit bills.

DUI

  • 1/21 – Central Blvd: ARR-1 stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI. ARR-2 (Passenger) had a warrant for 23152(a) VC. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 1/23 – Robin St.: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle parked and locked at location.
  • 1/23 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR refused PAS and chemical tests; therefore a warrant was issued for blood. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/24 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted standing outside of his vehicle at the BPD gate. ARR admitted to driving after consuming alcoholic beverages. ARR was determined to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/25 – Oak St.: ARR was contacted due to a CVC violation. ARR was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR transported to MDF
  • 1/25 – Fairview Av: ARR contacted for vehicle code violation, and determined to be driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/27 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR found to be driving vehicle while under the influence of methamphetamine. ARR in possession of drug paraphernalia and on felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/27 – Highland Way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violations. ARR was found to be DUI and on DUI probation. ARR to MDF. ARR vehicle parked.

Fraud

  • 1/19 – Walnut Blvd: Unknown RES used VIC’s social security number to open an account in Los Banos.
  • 1/21 – Lone Tree Way: RES used VIC’s debit card information to make an unauthorized transaction at the involved business totaling $9.26.
  • 1/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered VIC business in possession of a forged CA ID with the intent to obtain merchandise. ARR was on AB109 Probation and was in violation. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Claremont Dr.: VIC called to report that wallet was stolen from her purse by unknown RES. RES later tried to use VIC’s credit cards in the Walnut Creek area.
  • 1/24 – Sheldon Dr: VIC’s credit card was used to open Comcast account at SUS residence.

Grand Theft

  • 1/21 – Dunedin Dr: VIC reported vehicle was stolen. Keys were in the vehicle while vehicle was parked in the driveway with engine running. Vehicle was located approximately 30 minutes later 1/10 of a mile away.
  • 1/21 – Balfour: Bicycle taken; along with bicycle lock and miscellaneous personal items. Occurred 1/21/15 between 0900 hours and 0930 hours.
  • 1/21 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 stole two iPhones and a Samsung Note from VIC business. Loss valued at $2250.
  • 1/22 – Sand Creek: RESs cut the wires to the display devices and fled from the store. Take was two samsung phones and an iPad Air2.
  • 1/24 – Sandyhills Ln: VIC called to report that his Catalytic Converter had been stolen off of his vehicle between 1/23/15 at 1800 hours- 1/24/15 0800 hours. RES unknown.
  • 1/24 – Cloverleaf Cl: Unknown responsible(s) stole two catalytic converters from a Toyota utility vehicle. Occurred from approximately 01/23/2015 at 1830 hours, to 01/24/2015 at 1200 hours.
  • 1/24 – Myrtle Beach Dr.: Unknown responsible(s) stole a catalytic converter from a Dodge pickup. Occurred from approximately 01/23/2015 at 1700 hours, to 01/24/2015 at 1300 hours.
  • 1/25 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown responsible(s) stole two catalytic converters from a Toyota pickup. Occurred from approximately 01/23/2015 at 0200 hours, to 01/25/2015 at 1700 hours.
  • 1/26 – Taylor Dr.: Catalytic converter taken from VEH parked in the driveway of VIC’s residence. Occurred between approximately 1/23/15 1800 hours and 1/25/15 1300 hours.
  • 1/26 – Spyglass Dr: Responsible(s) stole catalytic converters from two Toyota Sequoias parked in front of neighboring residences.

H&S Violation

  • 1/20 – Balfour: ARR contacted and provided false name. ARR found to be on probation and was under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/21 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR was arrested and transported to MDF.

Narcotics Violation

  • 1/19 – Shady Willow Ln: RP reported a suspicious person in the field. I made visual contact with RES approx 75 yards away. RES fled on foot after I identified myself and RES was not located. RES was a white male wearing a dark hoodie and carrying a blue backpack. I located a small plastic container containing methamphe…
  • 1/26 – Orchard Dr: ARR and INV contacted and found to be in possession of a blackish/brownish liquid controlled substance, which was presumptive positive for heroin. ARR released on a PTA.

Outside Assist

  • 1/22 – Orchid Ct.: RES called VIC and stated she had warrants for her arrest. RES requested VIC to send $800 via wire transfer to fix warrants. Total loss $800.

Parole/Probation Violations

  • 1/23 – Bypass: ARR was driving V-1 with false registration tabs. ARR was on felony probation and admitted to knowing the tabs were false. ARR was arrested for 1203.2 PC and 4462.5 VC and transported to MDF. V-1 was towed.

Petty Theft

  • 1/19 – Atherton Blvd: VIC believes someone stole items from her vehicle between 1/12/15 and 1/19/15. Samsung Galaxy, SmartPen, and small briefcase valued at $790.
  • 1/19 – Royal Tern Ct: RES took a flashlight, Swiss Army knife with inscription and Oakley prescription reading glasses from inside VIC’s unlocked vehicle.
  • 1/19 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported two WFA’s came into store and stole multiple items. Total value of items stolen is approximately $50. RES left scene before my arrival.
  • 1/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES and INV entered Ulta Beauty and stole two fragrances valued at $174. RES fled the shopping center in his vehicle torwards SR4.
  • 1/19 – 2nd Street: VIC reported RES took his backpack while he was playing basketball at the Liberty High School gym.
  • 1/20 – Lone Tree Way: Responsible entered store and took two pairs of headphones. $70 value per pair.
  • 1/21 – Buckingham Dr.: VEH left unlocked. Miscellaneous personal items and financial information taken from VEH. No responsible(s) information. Occurred between 1/20/15 approximately 2030 hours and 1/21/15 0730 hours.
  • 1/22 – Lone Tree: WIT found VIC’s phone laying on counter. RES claimed the phone was his. RES left with VIC’s phone.
  • 1/23 – Sand Creek: Raleys on SCR reported a petty theft in custody. ARR stole wine, water and liquor. LP at Raleys placed ARR in custody. ARR was cite released from BPD.
  • 1/23 – Upton Pyne Dr: Unknown responsible(s) stole a USMC emblem, a plastic cross lawn decoration, and a plastic angel lawn decoration from victim’s front lawn. Occurred from approximately 01/22/2015 at 1700 hours, to 01/23/2015 at 1000 hours.
  • 1/23 – Lone Tree Way: Two unknown RES entered the store and stole two cases of beer. Total approximate loss $42.
  • 1/25 – Compaglia Cir: VIC reported RES entered her unlocked vehicle when she went for a run and stole her pink backpack that contained books, clothing, and a cell phone. (01/25/2015 0300-0500)
  • 1/26 – Pescara Blvd: RES stole mail from VIC’s mailbox.

Robbery

  • 1/20 – Lone Tree Way: RES fought with loss prevention while being detained for theft. RES fled the scene in RES vehicle.
  • 1/25 – Brentwood Blvd: RES-1, RES-2, RES-3 entered the business. RES-1 struck VIC several times in the head with a firearm and tied him up. RES-3 stole numbers tobacco items from store before fleeing the scene in the involved vehicle. VIC was transported to Kaiser for lacerations to his head.

Vandalism

  • 1/19 – Summerst Dr: Unknown RES cut Comcast wires at clubhouse and security gate. Occ’d 2000-0700 the previous night.
  • 1/27 – Dill Dr. : White cement water well, sign and fence line defaced with blue, white and black spray paint. No suspect(s) information. Occurred unknown times. Reported 1/27/15 at approximately 0736 hours.
  • 1/27 – Old Sand Creek: Pavement on Old Sand Creek Road defaced with white paint. No suspect(s) information. Unknown approximate time of occurrence. Reported on 1/27/15 at approximately 0738 hours.
  • 1/27 – Central Bl: RES sprayed grafitti on cyclone fence along a walking trail.

Warrant

  • 1/23 – Southwood: P-1 was arrested for a warrant (245 PC/ 203PC) and 148. During the warrant service P-1 resisted arrest. P-1 transported to MDF.
  • 1/24 – Carnegie Ln: ARR contacted during a suspicious person call and found to have felony no cite warrant for 487(a) PC. ARR to MDF

Weapons Violation

  • 1/20 – New Holland Dr: ARR- was contacted during a consensual encounter and determined to be in possession of an altered imitation firearm. ARR- was released from the scene after signing a PTA.
  • 1/24 – Almond St.: During a probation search ARR was found to be in possession of a firearm, 18 rounds of ammunition and a slungshot.
