The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between January 11-24 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 1/12 – Mary Case Black: RES’ were involved in a battery on campus.
  • 1/12 – Tradition Way: INV-1 and INV-2 engaged in a verbal altercation, which was instigated by INV-1. INV-2 pushed INV-1 and parties separated.
  • 1/13 – Technology Way: ARR struck VIC in the head with a rock. ARR to MDF
  • 1/14 – Black Rock St.: RES-1 and RES-2 battered VIC and fled the area
  • 1/20 – Brentwood Blvd: RES-1 and RES-2 spit on VIC. VIC did not desire prosecution.
  • 1/22 – St. Andrews Dr.: INV-2 pushed INV-1 during a verbal altercation. INV-1required no medical attention and desired no prosecution.
  • 1/22 – W Country Club: RES battered VIC.
  • 1/24 – Brentwood Blvd: RES pulled VIC’s hair and punched her in the face.

Auto Theft

  • 1/12 – Brentwood Blvd: VEH stolen from Brentwood Bl. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 1/13 – Pasco Drive: VIC’s locked vehicle was stolen during the night. Occd 1/12/16 1900- 1/13/16 0545 hours. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/14 – Sand Creek Road: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/16 – Granville Lane: RES took VIC’s motorycle from drive-way without permission. The M/C was entered into S.V.S.
  • 1/17 – Woodfield Lane: RES took VIC’s vehicle without permission. Vehicle was entered into SVS.
  • 1/19 – Toulouse Lane: 2012 Chevrolet Camaro- Black stolen from driveway over night. Entered into SVS.
  • 1/20 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’S vehicle stolen (Occ’d 01/20 0915-1300 hrs).
  • 1/22 – Hilda Way: VIC’s vehicle stolen from driveway of his residence. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 1/24 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reported that RES attempted to steal his vehicle on 1-25-16 between 1600 hours and 2000 hours. The vehicle was parked near America’s Tire Company on Lone Tree Way. Estimated cost of damage is $1,500.

Burglary – Business

  • 1/23 – Second St.: RES forced entry into a maintenance garage and took misc. tools. Estimated value of loss was $900.

Burglary – Residential

  • 1/12 – Picadilly Lane: RES entered VIC’s residence through garage door and stole a Samsung flat screen TV and other items.
  • 1/13 – Springfield Ct.: Attempted residential burglary. Window broken in attempt. No suspects.
  • 1/19 – Waterville Dr. : Forced entry into VIC’S residence. Electronics and jewelry stolen (Occ’d 01/19 0945-1110 hrs).

Burglary – Theft From Auto

  • 1/11 – Griffith Lane: RES broke rear passenger side window and stole purse from back seat. Loss is approximately $775. Purse is mint green Kate Spade containing wallet with ID and cash.
  • 1/14 – Spyglass Drive: RES shattered VIC’s passenger side window and rummaged through vehicle. VIC advised no loss.
  • 1/17 – Central Blvd: RES entered VIC’s vehicle through locked passenger front window and rummaged through interior.

DUI

  • 1/15 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR was transported and booked at MDF.
  • 1/15 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and determined to be DUI. ARR refused to provide chemical sample, and a search warrant was obtained. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/16 – Apricot Way: ARR left the roadway and collided with a tree and pole. ARR determined to be DUI and transported to MDF.
  • 1/16 – Jeffery Way: ARRs stopped for VC violations. ARR-1 found to be DUI, ARR-2 found to be too intoxicated to care for herself. ARR-1 released on a signed PTA, ARR-2 released to INV per 849 PC.
  • 1/17 – First St.: ARR was stopped for multiples CVC violations and determined to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. ARR was transported and booked at MDF.
  • 1/18 – O’Hara Ave: ARR was contacted in a running vehicle that was stopped on side of the road. ARR found to be too intoxicated to operate vehicle. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/20 – Redhaven St.: ARR was involved in a solo vehicle collision and determined to be DUI. ARR was transported to Kaiser.
  • 1/21 – Canwick Lane: ARR was involved in a collision. During contact with ARR, it was determined that he was D.U.I.
  • 1/21 – Brentwood Blvd: V-1 collided with a street sign and fled scene. V-1 and P-1 located at residence. P-1 was DUI transported to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for CVC violations. ARR was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR transported to MDF.

Drunk

  • 1/21 – Chestnut St.: ARR was contacted during a report of a suspicious circumstance. ARR was found to be DUI. ARR also provided a false name and had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/21 – Lundin Lane: ARR contacted and found to be unable to care for himself due to high level of intoxication. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/23 – Chestnut St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 determined to be too intoxicated to care for themselves. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to Sutter Hospital.
  • 1/23 – Mandarin Ct.: RES was in Mutual combat fight with VIC. RES transported by AMR to Sutter Hospital for injury sustained during mutual combat fight.

Fraud

  • 1/20 – Oak St.: ARR attempted to cash a stolen check. ARR released on a PTA
  • 1/22 – Canmore Ct.: VIC suspected his credit card was fraudulently used to make several XBOX Live transactions totaling $2,200

H&S Violation

  • 1/14 – Albani Pl: ARR’s contacted during traffic enforcement stop. ARR-1 found to be minor in possession of marijuana. ARR-2 found in possession of open container of alcohol. ARR released at scene.
  • 1/15 – Empire Ave: ARR-1 found to be under influence of H&S stimulant and in violation of probation. ARR-2 found to be under influence of H&S stimulant. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 1/15 –Second St.: ARR-1 was stopped for CVC violations. A probation search of the vehicle revealed ARR-1 and ARR-2 (passenger) to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Heroin, THC wax and Marijuana. Other evidence located in the vehicle indicated ARR-1 and ARR-2 possessed the above mentioned items for sale/tr…
  • 1/23 – O’Hara Ave: ARR stopped for CVC violation and found to be in possession of 695.2 grams of suspected marijuana. ARR released on a PTA.

Misc. Information

  • 1/15 – Beverly Pl: OWN-2’s pitbulls attacked OWN-1’s livestock. One pitbull was dispatched by officers.
  • 1/15 – Lone Tree Way: RP reported seeing INV-1 enter restaurant with a firearm in his waist. Unable to locate firearm or victim. APD responded and arrested INV-1 for unrelated reasons.

Narcotic Drug Law Violation

  • 1/13 – Broderick Dr: ARR contacted during warrant service, and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF for warrants.
  • 1/17 – Second St. : ARR was contacted and searched incident to his probation terms and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. While en route to MDF, ARR damaged the rear passenger door of the patrol vehicle.
  • 1/22 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted after a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be on felony probation for burglary. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and burglary tools. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/23 – O’Hara Ave: DRI was stopped for a CVC violation. ARR-1 had a misdemeanor warrant and was in possession of marijuana for sales. ARR-2 was in possession of cocaine for sales. ARR- 3 was located in the trunk of the vehicle and had a misdemeanor warrant. ARR-1, ARR-2, and ARR-3 to MDF.
  • 1/24 – Redhaven St.: ARR and INV were contacted and found to be heavily intoxicated. ARR was placed under arrest and INV was transported to the hospital. A search of ARR’s person revealed suspected MDMA. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/24 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR and INV contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine 0.6 grams TPW and drug paraphernalia. ARR released on a signed PTA.

Other Violations

  • 1/120 – Buckskin Tr: VIC’s sister threatened to expose VIC if he did not loan her $5,000.
  • 1/21 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted for welfare check and VC violation. ARR refused to provide ID to officer and subsequently fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, ARR was taken into custody after a short struggle and fighting officers. ARR to MDF.

Outside Assist

  • 1/11 – Peachtree Ct.: INV #1 assaulted INV #2 while in Oakley (Involved parties attend Mission Hope Day Program). Information forwarded to Oakley PD.

Petty Theft

  • 1/11 – Brentwood Blvd: UNK RES stole VEH’s tailgate.
  • 1/12 –Black Rock St.: RES stole mail, but when confronted by WIT it was returned.
  • 1/13 – Thomas Road: RES stole package from VIC’s front porch between 12/30/15 1218 hours and 12/31/15 1200 hours.
  • 1/13 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reported her wallet was stolen out of her purse while she was shopping.
  • 1/19 – Pacifica Dr.: RP reported a theft from a private mailbox. William Lyon Homes shirts, hats and jackets stolen. Loss is approx $250.
  • 1/19 – Balfour: SUS’S stole baby formula.
  • 1/19 – Brentwood Blvd: UNK RES took two hover boards worth over $1000 from inside store. RES fled scene in Sil 4 door sedan no plate.
  • 1/20 – Lone Tree Way: RES 1 and RES 2 stole merchandise from VIC business. Loss is $40.
  • 1/20 – Harvest Park Drive: Responsible stole two wheels and tires from client’s vehicle while parked in business parking lot.
  • 1/21 – Elk Run Tr.: Responsible removed gas filler line from victim’s vehicle while parked in front of his residence.
  • 1/23 – Balfour: RESs stole approximately $620 worth of baby formula. Half of the formula was recovered prior to RESs fleeing in RES vehicle.

Possession of Stolen Property

  • 1/19 – O’Hara Ave.: ARR was stopped for having two stolen license plates on his vehicle. ARR was also found to be driving with a suspended driver license for DUI and released on a NTA. Vehicle stored.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 1/14 – Empire Ave: ARR was observed violating restraining order. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Timberline Tr.: RES stopped by VIC’s residence in violation of a restraining order. RES fled prior to police arrival.

Robbery

  • 1/15 – Lone Tree Way: RES pointed a gun at VIC and demanded money.
  • 1/16 – Sand Creek Road: ARR committed a theft from Raley’s and when confronted by loss prevention officers, he brandished a knife and made criminal threats to use the knife constituting armed robbery. ARR to MDF.

Traffic Accident – Fatal

  • 1/18 – Foothill Dr.: CONFIRE requested PD respond for a medical emergency. It was determined P-1 had a medical emergency while riding his bicycle and collided with a parked vehicle. P-1 transported to Kaiser Antioch via AMR where he later expired.

Trespassing

  • 1/12 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR contacted sleeping on school property. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 1/13 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR-1, ARR-2, ARR-3 contacted sleeping in uninhabitted building on property without property owner’s consent. ARR’s released on signed PTA.
  • 1/22 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR contacted sleeping on school property against admonishment. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 1/11 – Valdry Ct.: Vehicle scratched and tires punctured (Occ’d 01/08-01/11)
  • 1/12 – Reserve Dr.: RES drove vehicle onto developed home lots causing damage to erosion control and sound wall. RES also ripped home lot signs from posts and used them as skid pans in the roadway causing damage to signs and roadway. Total estimated damage is $1,500.
  • 1/14 – Crawford Dr: Unknown RES spray painted graffiti throughout Veterans Park causing approximately $2500 in damage.
  • 1/15 – Collett Ct.: Responsible shot victim’s vehicles while parked in driveway.
  • 1/15 – Outriggr Cl: RES discharged a paintball gun at VIC’s home causing minor damage and a broken window.
  • 1/18 – Timberline Tr: ARR broke the side garage door. ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest and released on a PTA.
  • 1/20- McClarren Rd.: Unk res were in a fight and caused damage to glass window.
  • 1/23 – Carrara St: Unidentified responsible shattered rear passenger side window and scratched passenger side of vehicle. Occurred between 1/22/16 2100 hours and 1/23/16 1900 hours.

Vehicle Code Violation

  • 1/11 – Sand Creek Road: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be driving while suspended for DUI. ARR released on a signed NTA.
  • 1/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for a CVC violation. ARR-1 was driving with a suspended CDL for DUI and released on a NTA. ARR-2 had an outstanding warrant for 14601.1 VC out of Madera County and released on a PTA. Vehicle stored.
  • 1/23 – Second St.: Pursuit for stolen vehicle taken from Pittsburg 1/23/16. Pursuit was terminated as a result of RES driving reckless and dangerous operation into oncoming traffic at high rate of speed.

Warrant

  • 1/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR had citable warrants out of county, released on a PTA.
  • 1/17 – Europena Dr.: ARR contacted and had an outstanding felony warrant for 11379(a) HS. ARR found to be in possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics, and in violation of felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/20 – Haystack Ct.: ARR contacted and found to have a warrant for drugs. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Diablo Way: ARR contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for 23152(B) VC out of CCCSO. ARR to MDF.
  • 1/22 – Havenwood: ARR contacted during child custody dispute and determined to have out of county misdemeanor warrant for theft related charges. ARR released on PTA.
  • 1/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR and INV contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for 532(a) PC and 484/488 PC. ARR to MDF

Weapons Violation

  • 1/19 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during a traffic stop and found to have a weapon in veh. ARR was on probation and arrested. ARR to MDF.
