Hospice of the East Bay Presents Tree of Lights 2018

Pleasant Hill, CA – For thirty two years, Hospice East Bay Tree of Lights ceremonies have offered community members a way to honor the lives of friends and loved ones. This year, Hospice of the East Bay will be presenting 12 Tree Lighting Ceremonies throughout Contra Costa County (listed below).
