Fill The Boot: ECCFPD Firefighters Raise $19,391 to Fight Muscular Dystrophy

East Contra Costa County deserves a pat on the back for helping East Contra Costa Fire Protection District Firefighters raise a total of $19,391.14 over a two-day Fill-The-Boot fundraiser this week to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

Firefighters were out in Brentwood yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Balfour and Fairview where they raised a total of $10,300. On Monday, they raised $9,001.14 at the intersection of Lone Tree Way and Empire.
