On Monday afternoon, Contra Costa County Sheriffs deputies along with the assistance of an Antioch Police k9 unit, responded to a report of four-shots fired on Beaver Lane in Discovery Bay.
The incident occurred just after 3:00 pm where police received multiple reports of shots fired and two reports of a man hopping fences and hiding under boats nearby.
Deputies surrounded the home before entering. The house was deemed clear and they began searching nearby for the suspect. Shortly after an Antioch Police K9 arrived on scene around 4:00 pm, the suspect was taken into custody.
No injuries were reported and no information has been released by the Sheriff’s office at this time. The incident did shut down Discovery Bay Blvd at Beaver Lane while police were searching for the suspect.

Antioch is conquered. Discovery Bay is next. We love those new homes they are building and we gona get them because we can.
