At 2:56 pm Wednesday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District was dispatched to a report of a rollover crash at Bixler Road and Newport Drive in the Town of Discovery Bay.
At least one male victim was trapped according to a witness.
By 3:20 pm, it was reported that at least one child was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Oakland. A second patient was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
