LOL–CHP got a lo-jac hit on the stolen car but the SO couldn’t find it. And while the SO was doing this, freight train hit a person in Oakley and major car crash on Highway 4 at Hillcrest overcrosssing. Listening to the scanner was much more entertaining that TV!
