The Antioch Unified School District stated today that an auto-dialer went out to Deer Valley High School parents after a female student says she was robbed at gun point.
Here is the text of the message that went out by Principal Gardner.
Good Afternoon,
This is Principal Gardner with an important safety announcement. A student reported that while on the way to school this morning, she was approached on the trail behind the Antioch Community center and robbed at gunpoint.
The suspect is described as an African American male approximately 5ft. 9inches tall. The man was wearing all black and appeared to be in his early twenties. The Antioch Police Department has been notified. Please remind your children to be especially vigilant if they are walking to or from school and that it is always best to walk with a friend if possible.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions, etc. Thank you.

Impossible. Section 8 does not bring crime. section 8 only increases the quality of life for hard working tax payers and their children.

What was the original intention/purpose for introducing such a high percentage of section 8 housing into the Antioch area within the last decade or so? Why is Antioch so unique in the sense that crime and corruption were almost seemingly funneled into here by its political overseers? It appears this side of the Bay really is a political experiment of some sort.
Just because the robber is black , doesn’t mean he comes from section 8 housing. There is crime and violence in every city coming from every race,gender,creed etc. This statement is very prejudice and unfair.

If Marshall law was ever utilized then you wouldn’t have a right to use those bullets at all. You’d have the right to sit quietly in your home while the military-police ants come marching though. What happened was antioch sold their soul and took on section 8 residents to benefit financially.
The more section 8 your city/town has the more it receieves financially from the gov.
Thats why. Its always about money. Places like walnut creek dont need to take on a ton of section 8 residents especially because 2 bed houses cost a million bucks.
Antioch was being flooded with houses long before the widening project was even a pipedream.
I still dont subscribe to the notion that its only black citizens causing problems. Race really is irrelevant. I use to live in antioch and on the corner was a house full of people who didnt work and sold/used drugs and would often be drunk outside fighting with neighbors at all hours of the day and night and not one of them was black.
