The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between December 7-20 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Animal Calls

  • 12/12 – Chatham Pl: VIC was attacked by next door neighbors 3 pitbulls. VIC transported to John Muir Concord.

 

Assault

  • 12/9 – Oak St.: ARR fled from Officers while being detained. ARR resisted arrest and fought Officers causing visible injuries to Officers. ARR was in possession of a concealed firearm while resisting arrest. ARR to MDF
  • 12/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR1 was stopped for CVC violation and determined to be DUI. ARR2 was intoxicated and resisted arrest by biting the officer
  • 12/15 – Minnesota Ave: RES hit VIC on his head with a cell phone.
  • 12/18 – Birch St.: Documentation of an altercation that occurred on school grounds

Auto Theft

  • 12/8 – Cesar Chavez Dr.: RES stole VIC’s vehicle between 12/7/15 – 12/8/15. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 12/15 – Balfour Road: RES attempted to steal VIC’s vehicle. RES was subsequently struck by VIC’s vehicle and sustained a broken leg. RES was transported to Kaiser Deer Valley.
  • 12/19 – Sunrise Dr.: VIC left vehicle unlocked with a key inside on Sunrise Dr. and vehicle was stolen

 

Burglary – Business

  • 12/12 – Vineyards Parkway: RES attempted to enter business through two windows
  • 12/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole drill set from Home Depot. ARR booked and transported to MDF.
  • 12/14 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered the business, broke into an arcade game and stole approximately $10 in quarters.
  • 12/14 – Second St.: RES stole three bottles of alcohol. Occurred 12/14/15.
  • 12/18 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole merchandise from business. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 12/20 – Balfour: RES entered Safeway, took shopping cart full of groceries and exited store. RES left in tan Jeep Grand Cherokee, with paper plates

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 12/7 – Broderick Dr.: Laundry room, which is connected to an apartment complex, was burglarized. Approximate loss in damages is $840
  • 12/16 – Radhaven St.: RES shattered rear window of residence and attempted to make entry.

 

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 12/8 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke the passenger window of VIC’s locked vehicle and stole a silver Michal New York purse and a brown duffle bag containing female clothing. Estimated loss is $200.
  • 12/10 – Putter Dr.: DR Window of VIC vehicle broken and entry made into vehicle. A box of Neutrogena body wash was taken. Total loss is $40
  • 12/10 – Broderick Dr.: Responsible broke into victims vehicle, damaged ignition, and took vehicle battery.
  • 12/11 – Griffith Lane: VIC’S vehicle was broken into while parked in front of the business. Purse with approximately $600 in cash as well as credit cards stolen from vehicle
  • 12/11 – Guthrie Lane: Unknown RES smashed the driver side window and stole VIC’s purse
  • 12/11 – Sand Creek Road: RES broke out vehicle window and stole backpack after attempting to steal stereo
  • 12/14 – Putter Dr.: RES stole golf clubs from VIC’S vehicle.

 

Counterfeiting

  • 12/7 – American Ave: AV   INV1 attempted to pass a counterfeit bill provided by INV2. INV2 said he did not know the bill was counterfeit and received it last week

 

Custody Orders

  • 12/12 – Pescara Blvd: RES lost legal and physical custody of two minor children. After the RP left for work RES took two minor children to possibly New York or China

 

Drunk

  • 12/11 – Oak St.: ARR too intoxicated to care for self while in public. Incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia located on ARR.
  • 12/11 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR engaged in verbal altercation with others at Street of Brentwood and was belligerent and determined to extremely intoxicated, unable to care for himself, and danger to himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/16 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/16 – Second St.: ARR stole Neosporin from business and fled the scene. ARR later contacted and found to be too intoxicated to care for his own safety. ARR to MDF. CVS denied prosecution.
  • 12/19 – Walnut Blvd: ARR found to be unable to safely care for self due to intoxication level. ARR to MDF.

 

DUI

  • 12/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted in vehicle during miscellaneous welfare check. ARR was DUI and transported to MDF. ARR’s vehicle was stored
  • 12/18 – Brentwood Blvd: V-1 collided with V-2. P-1 (ARR) determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/19 – Havenwood Ct.: ARR stopped for CVC violation. ARR was DUI and transported to MDF.
  • 12/20 – Walnut Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. VEH stored, ARR to MDF

 

Embezzlement

  • 12/18 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was caught embezzling stock from VIC business. ARR also had a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving on a suspended from Nevada County. ARR to MDF.

 

Fraud

  • 12/8 – Hemet Ct.: RES used VIC’s name to open a credit card, purchasing $1928 in merchandise from Nordstrom in Emeryville
  • 12/12 – Brentwood Blvd: RES cashed checks belonging to VIC.
  • 12/13 – Second St.: RES stole VIC’s wallet from unlocked vehicle on 12/12, and charged several transactions during 12/13. RES located VIC at business and RES fled. VIC gave chase and RES brandished a handgun
  • 12/14 – Bismarck Tr: TR   VIC purchased a cashier’s check for $1850 and mailed to RES claiming VIC owed money to claim a prize. RES cashed check on 12/11/15 in Colorado.
  • 12/15 – Lone Tree Way: RES- used VIC’s credit card information to obtain $104.79 worth of merchandise.
  • 12/18 – Creektrail Ct.: VIC lost his wallet. There was an attempted charge to his bank account in the state of Washington.

 

Grand Theft

  • 12/7 – Emerald Bay Dr.: DR   RES took United States Postal Service community mailbox. No mail taken. Occurred between 11/29/15 1700 hours-11/30/15 0730 hours
  • 12/8 – Sand Creek Road: RES accessed VIC’s unlocked vehicle stole several items including clothing, hover board and purse with 3 credit cards and driver’s license. Total loss $967.00.
  • 12/10 – Second St.: UNK RES(s) gained access into a storage shed on the campus of Liberty High School and removed a golf cart. Another golf cart in the shed was vandalized. Estimated replacement cost for the loss of the golf cart is $4,000. Estimated cost to repair the damage to the second golf cart is $150.
  • 12/10 – Century Oaks Dr.: VIC stated 3 cell phones were stolen off of his front porch between 10/22/2015 and 10/23/2015
  • 12/15 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR worked at business and stole over $1,700 in cash. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/16 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole razor blades and allergy medication from the business.

 

 

Narcotics (Drug Law Violations)

  • 12/9 – Windmeadows Dr.: ARR-1 found to be in possession of meth and is on probation. ARR-2 found to be in possession of meth and stolen access card information. ARR-2 is also on probation. Both subjects to MDF.
  • 12/11 – Pippo Ave: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be driving on a DUI suspended license, and in possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. ARR released on a NTA, VEH stored
  • 12/20 – Second St.: ARR and INV-1 were contacted during an alarm investigation. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR released on a PTA

 

Other Violations

  • 12/18 – Balfour: ARR was contacted for disorderly contact and refused to identify herself. ARR to MDF
  • 12/20 – Balfour: ARR refused to obey commands from officer and resisted arrest. ARR to MDF
  • 12/20 – Almond Dr.: ARR was combative with Officers during a warrant service. ARR booked at MDF for outstanding warrants

 

Petty Theft

  • 12/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES1 and RES2 stole a purse from Home Goods.
  • 12/8 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole a Shark Vacuum from the business.
  • 12/8 – Natwick Way: VIC had a package stolen from front porch.
  • 12/8 – Balfour Rd: RP left her cell phone at McDonalds. When she returned, it was gone.
  • 12/9 – Second St.: VIC forgot her black cloth purse in the bathroom. RES removed the purse and left the store before VIC returned.
  • 12/9 – Technology Way: VIC’s backpack was stolen and unknown RES later battered VIC.
  • 12/10 – Brentwood Blvd: RES-1 and RES-2 stole candy from business
  • 12/10 – Tartarian Ct.: VIC reported RES removed Christmas lights from property. Approx loss $100
  • 12/10 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC reported that RES ordered food last month with a credit card that was declined. VIC received the decline notice via mail on the day of the report.
  • 12/11 – Lone Tree Way: Responsible entered business and took victim’s phone from her desk
  • 12/11 – Sand Creek: RES(s) stole forty to fifty women’s underwear and left on foot. Approximate loss $500. Area check met with negative results
  • 12/13 – Spruce St.: ST RES stole a floor jack and a motorized scooter from the yard.
  • 12/13 – Braemar Ct,: RES stole jacket from unlocked vehicle at approximately 0640 hours.
  • 12/14 – American Ave: VIC’s wallet was stolen while at school.
  • 12/15 – Balfour: ARR entered business and concealed alcohol in his messenger bag. ARR left the business after having been challenged by RP. ARR later returned to the business after being contacted by police. Released on PTA
  • 12/15 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted at the business for shoplifting. ARR was transported and booked at MDF
  • 12/16 – Spyglass: RP SEES DUMPED MAIL ON THE CURB NEXT TO THE DRAIN Reporting party discovered mail in the gutter at the intersection of Foothill Dr. and Spyglass Dr.
  • 12/17 – Lone Tree Way: VIC reported $500 was withdrawn out of his account from the ATM without his permission.
  • 12/17 – Allbrook Dr.: Unknown RES stole a package from VIC’s porch
  • 12/18 – Milford Ct.: ARR contacted after officer on viewed a theft from residence. ARR found in possession of stolen property, burglary tools and on misdemeanor probation for possession of stolen property. ARR to MDF
  • 12/19 – Balfour Rd: ARR stole items and fled scene. ARR’s contacted nearby with stolen merchandise. ARR #2 had no cite warrant (Alameda County). ARR’s transported to MDF.
  • 12/19 – Crimson Clover Ct.: RES stole Garmin GPS, vehicle registration and insurance from VIC’s vehicle.
  • 12/19 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted for VC violation. ARR found in possession of stolen merchandise. ARR released on a PTA
  • 12/19 – Lone Tree Way: VIC dropped wallet containing $700. VIC returned to store to find wallet without cash
  • 12/20 – Empress Ln: VIC’s unlocked vehicle was entered between the hours of 2100 and 1100 hours. A purse and checkbook were taken

 

Restraining Order Violation

  • 12/13 – Kayla Pl: RES disobeyed Court order to stay away from VIC
  • 12/16 – Fourth St.: RES was at location in violation of a protection order.

 

Robbery

  • 12/11 – Sand Creek Road: RES entered business and committed a strong arm robbery. Take was approximately $200 cash.

 

Trespassing

  • 12/7 – Walnut Blvd: ARR on business property after being provided numerous trespass admonishments. ARR released on a NTA
  • 12/9 – Lynn Dr.: RESs inside vacant house without permission. VIC signed citizen arrest. Three RESs booked and transported to Martinez Detention Facility
  • 12/15 – Cherry Tree Ct.: RES forced entry into the vacant home and appeared to have slept there.

 

Vandalism

  • 12/7 – Elkins Way: RES shattered rear passenger side window. Occurred between 12/4/15 1530 hours and 12/7/15 0730 hours
  • 12/8 – Rubidoux Ln: Reporting party discovered broken window on the front of her residence.
  • 12/13 – Brentwood Blvd: RES broke VIC’s windshield.
  • 12/14 – Amber Lane: Unknown RES smashed VIC’s vehicle window.
  • 12/14 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown RES slashed tires and smashed out rear window to VIC’s vehicle.
  • 12/16 – Balfour Rd: RES removed screen and shattered side window to vacant residence. No damages inside the residence. Occurred between 12/15/15 1630 hours and 12/16/15 0910 hours
  • 12/17 – Second St.: VIC’s vehicle was vandalized in Liberty High school Student Parking lot.
  • 12/17 – Lakeview Dr.: DR   Unknown RES threw eggs at VIC’s residence causing $50 in damage to window screens.
  • 12/19 – Caribou TR: Unknown RES broke VIC’s driver side window

 

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 12/9 – Bypass/Highway 4: A traffic enforcement stop was attempted on vehicle for CVC violations. Vehicle was determined to be stolen. RES fled from officer which initiated a vehicle pursuit. Pursuit was terminated due to weather and RES was not located.
  • 12/10 – Plumleigh Ave.: ARRs fled from officers in vehicle pursuit during VSET. ARR-1 to Juvenile Hall. ARR 2 to MDF.
  • 12/12 – McClarren Rd: RES attempted to steal VEH
  • 12/19 – Balfour Road: Officers responded to report of sideshow and reckless driving. Upon arriving, ARR fled from the scene in an unsafe and reckless manor committing several CVC violations. ARR released on signed NTA. VEH impounded

 

Warrant Arrest

  • 12/8 – Almond St.: ARR contacted during disturbance and found to have active warrants in JAWS. ARR to MDF
  • 12/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to have citable warrant out of Santa Monica County. ARR released on a PTA
  • 12/10 – Cristina Way: ARR contacted after verbal altercation with wife and found to have had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for 647.6(a)(1) PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 12/16 – Orchard Dr.: ARR contacted regarding an active warrant. ARR to MDF.

 

Weapons Violation

  • 12/11 – Sand Creek Road: ARR-1 was stopped for a CVC violation and found to have a misdemeanor warrant. ARR-2 was a passenger in the vehicle and found to have a concealed and loaded firearm on his person. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were transported and booked at MDF.
  • 12/11 – Brookdale Dr.: A probation search was conducted at ARR’s residence. ARR obstructed police officers, was in possession of burglary tools, and in violation of probation. ARR had an outstanding felony warrant for 530.5(c)(3) PC out of Antioch PD. ARR to MDF
  • 12/12 – Second St.: ARR stopped during a pedestrian stop for VC violations. ARR found to have two outstanding cite releasable warrants out of CCCSO. ARR released on a signed PTA.

W&I Violations

  • 12/13 – Chestnut St.: RES removed his ankle monitor and left his residence overnight. RES returned while officer was on scene
