Cattail Harbor Opens At the Antioch Water Park – Sprayground Dedication

by ECT

The Antioch Water Park is introducing a new water feature this summer – Cattail Harbor! All residents are invited to the ribbon-cutting and dedication on Saturday, May 13th from 12:30 – 4:30pm. Free for the whole family, the dedication is inside the Water Park which is conveniently located on Lone Tree way across the street from Deer Valley High School.

Ribbon-cutting ceremonies will begin at 1:00pm and all children will get to experience the Delta themed spray ground all afternoon. Lifeguards will hold CPR and lifeguarding demonstrations and two pools will be open for free swimming, in addition to the spray ground celebration.

The Water Park Swim Instructors will test children on swimming skills to help parents select the correct swim lesson program over the summer.

Besides free swimming and dancing through Cattail Harbor, there will be activities and information for families. Guests can also purchase their Season passes at the early bird rate:

  • $55.00 for Antioch Residents
  • $60.00 for Non-Antioch Residents

The Antioch Water Park opens for the season on May 27th.

That picture seems to be the lily white version of the water park. They dont want to advertise what a cesspool of section 8 diversity the water park really is or no one in their right mind would ever even think about going there.

Going by that picture you would think Antioch is as white as Alamo or Danville.

@The_Dude

You’re absolutely right about that! Seems they are trying to promote it as a safe and family fun environment. Antioch needs to wake up.

I still remember when there was a toxic spill into the pools there and a bunch of kids got sick. Fire and medic were there to treat the poisoned kids. I think it was a chlorine spill. Isn’t chlorine poisonous in large doses?
