Although we do not have many details on this motorcycle accident that occurred at 3:25 pm on the Byron Highway near Town Ave in Byron yesterday, but we do know there was one injury that required a medical transport via helicopter with a landing spot at Excelsior Middle School. Here are a few shots from after the medical transport with the California Highway Patrol was still on scene doing an investigation.

Ouch. Hopefully the injured person will be ok. Any idea if he was from east county? I don’t see any medical or fire personnel in the photos. With Byron’s firestation closed it’s not a good place to get in an accident. Wonder how long he had to lay there in pain….
The injured lives in Brentwood. He’s in ICU at John Muir Medical Center.
