On May 5, the Brentwood Rotary Club hosted their 2014 Golf Tournament to help raise funds for the community. This year, the event raised $15,000.
Some of the local groups these fund assist include The Community Chest, Friends of the Brentwood Library, Oddessey of the Mind, Mother’s of Brentwood, Rotocare (a mobile medical clinic) and much more.
There are also International projects that the club helps fund like the building of a school in Burkina Faso Africa, one of the poorest countries in the world. These schools follow a recently completed clean water project in the same villages.
The event was held at the Shadow Lakes Golf Club.
