Brentwood Police Seek Help Identifying Suspect in Robbery Attempt and Shots Fired at In-N-Out

The Brentwood Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect. On Tuesday, they released a photograph of the suspect and the vehicle.

The robbery occurred on September 15 at approximately 10:30 pm that took place in the parking lot of In-N-Out, located at 5581 Lone Tree Way. After the robbery, the suspect fled in what appears to be an older model blue Volvo 4-door sedan with six spoke wheels driven by a Hispanic female adult with long hair.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early to mid 20’s wearing a black jacket or black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a distinct silver belt.

According to Captain Doug Silva, a subject (victim) was standing outside his car by himself when he was approached by an unidentified suspect. The suspect pointed a pistol at the victim and demanded $10. Friends of the victim approached , who were unaware of what was happening, and interrupted the robbery. The suspect then backed away, fired three shots into the air, and fled in a blue Volvo. he added that three .40 caliber casings were collected from the scene and video surveillance from the business will be collected and viewed.
