The Brentwood Police announced the arrest Christian Ganter, 42, after a short pursuit on Tuesday night.
According to police, the incident occurred at 10:40 pm in the area of Lone Tree Way and Farview Avenue. Ganter was wanted on a parole violation and officers originally tried to pull him over after a vehicle code violation.
Before being apprehended, Ganter led officers on a short vehicle pursuit that ended in the 2500 block of Cathy Court where with the assistance of the Contra Costa County Sheriffs helicopter “STARR 1”
Ganter was later booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on the warrant and felony evading.
