On December 31, 2015, Brentwood Police Officers responded to the report of an 82 year-old Missing Person. Andre Andy Stathos was last heard from by family via telephone on 12/30/15 at approximately 1530 Hrs. Stathos told family he was going to leave his Brentwood home and drive to the City of San Jose for an appointment.
Stathos never arrived.
Stathos whereabouts are currently unknown. Stathos drives a black 2013 Chevrolet Malibu with CA license 6ZUM481.

Update:
According to the Brentwood Police Department, at approximately 6pm this evening, Mr. Stathos was located in good health by the Santa Rosa Police Department. It is unknown at this time why he was in the City of Santa Rosa, and their investigation will continue in an attempt to determine this.
Police stated they were thankful Mr. Stathos is safe, and he will be reunited with family members shortly.
