UPDATED: Brentwood Police Investigating Shots Fired During Halloween Party

The Brentwood Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred overnight in the Rose Garden neighborhood in the City of Brentwood.

According to preliminary information, approximately 20-shots were heard at 1:00 am Sunday morning on Albertine Lane. It appears no one was wounded in the shooting.

Captain Doug Silva, of Brentwood Police, said that witnesses are being reluctant to cooperate and there is more follow up to do before releasing information without compromising the case.

UPDATE Assault with a Deadly Weapon

On November 1, 2020 at 1:04 A.M, officers were dispatched to the area of Albertine Lane @
Europena Drive for a report of gunshots being heard in the area. Officers arrived and
discovered several vehicles fleeing the area. Preliminary information revealed a disagreement at a house party resulting n the exchange of gunfire between more than one shooter.

A 23 year old female bystander at the party suffered a gunshot wound. She drove herself to
a local area hospital where she was treated and released.

Based on our investigation, this incident appears isolated to specific individuals present at
the party and was not a random act of violence.

This case is currently under investigation. Anyone with additional information is encouraged

Looks like the cancer of antisocialites are Infiltrating the City of Brentwood. I hope the PD takes a bite out of crime so this does not get out of hand.
