Brentwood Police Investigating Monday Morning Shots Fired Call

At approximately 5:30 am Monday, Brentwood Police Department officers responded to shots fired on Barrington Court off Woodsong Lane in the City of Brentwood.

Police said multiple shell casings were located and at least one vehicle was struck in the gunfire.

Police quickly began investigating and served a search warrant while briefly detaining a male before releasing him on scene. By 11:00 am, police cleared the scene and stated a vehicle was possibly involved but could not release any additional details.

No injuries were reported.
