The Brentwood Police Department reports that at around 2:30 AM Tuesday, officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Mondavi Lane in the City of Brentwood to investigate a reported home invasion robbery.
When officers arrived on-scene they quickly discovered suspects fleeing from the residence. One suspect fled in a vehicle and was pursued by Brentwood Police and the other suspects fled on foot. An extensive search of surrounding neighborhoods was conducted but the suspects where never located. The vehicle was pursued to Vasco Road and 580 where CHP took over the pursuit but eventually terminated for safety reasons which included erratic driving.
The residence on Mondavi Lane turned out to be an illegal marijuana grow. The only resident on scene sustained non-life threatening injuries during the incident and was treated and released at a local hospital.
Police said they believe there were four suspects in total and were described as Hispanic or Asian males, all wearing masks…no further description.
Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the Brentwood Police Department at 925-809-7911.

I live on that block. It was a marijuana grow, and it’s been a marijuana grow. They raided it last year. Would be nice if the chief cared about his residents to do police work. Does he even live here?
so the resident was treated and released at a local hospital … What? so he could go back home and care for his ILLEGAL marijuana grow? Sounds like an unsafe neighbor hood to me.
Remember when Brentwood wasn’t ghetto?
