On Monday, May 2 around 5:28AM, Brentwood Police Dispatch received a call for an emergency fire exit door alarm at Walgreens, located at 4520 Balfour Road. Brentwood officers arrived to the business within a few minutes, however the suspect had already left.

Officers were able to obtain video surveillance inside the store, and they identified the suspect based on previous contacts with him.

Shortly after, officers located the suspect, identified as Domingo Gasca (30, Brentwood) in close proximity of Walgreens. Gasca was in possession of stolen property from Walgreens and found to be wearing the same exact clothing shown on video surveillance.
