We wanted to follow up on an earlier incident this week that occurred on Tuesday evening where the Brentwood Police Department had three male suspects in patrol cars off Empire Rd. on the Antioch-Brentwood border.

It turns out, the incident netted three arrests which occurred  between 4:00-5:30 pm where Brentwood Police stopped a robbery in progress at 2700 Empire Rd.

According to police, the three suspects entered the home by smashing a window and stole a hot water heater. Before the could escape, Brentwood police rolled up and stopped the men in front of the home. It was then determined one of the suspects were under the influence of a controlled substance while being in possession of stolen property.

Kudos Brentwood PD on a job well done!
