The following are a sampling of calls handled by Brentwood Police between August 12-28 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

 

Accident – Hit & Run

  • 8/27 – Balfour: VIC was struck by ARR vehicle causing injury. ARR vehicle fled scene. VIC to JMH and ARR to MDF.

 

Assault

  • 8/12 – Campania Ct.: ARR attempted to run VIC off of the road with her vehicle. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/15 – Davidson Ct.: RES-1 and RES-2 were in a physical altercation on 08/14/16. RES-1 and RES-2 are father and son and no prosecution desired
  • 8/21 – First St.: ARR was heavily intoxicated and engaged into a physical altercation with INV. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/23 – St. Michaels Ct.: RES-1 reported RES-2 battered her and damaged her vehicle. RES-2 reported RES-1 battered him and broke a window at his residence.
  • 8/28 – Oak St.: ARR struck VIC during a verbal altercation. ARR released on a PTA.

 

Auto Theft

  • 8/13 – Winged Foot Rd: A gray 1995 Honda Del Sol was stolen and entered into SVS

 

Burglary – Business

  • 8/19 – Empire Ave: RES forced entry into business by kicking door and stole business laptop.

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 8/12 – Stonington Ct.: RES entered into VIC’s residence and stole VIC’s Samsung smart phone. Total loss $610.00.
  • 8/19 – Healing Rock Ct.: RES stole items out of VIC’s vehicle and garage on 8/8/2016. Antioch PD recovered at least some of the items in Antioch.
  • 8/26 – Sycamore Ave: RES cut lock to storage shed and took a truck bed cover valued at $500. Truck bed cover described as a metal cover painted white.

 

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 8/13 – Merlot Ct.: RES broke into a trailer and stole landscaping equipment
  • 8/16 – Astor Ct.: RES entered VIC’s vehicle. Once inside, RES removed sunglasses, a multi tool, garage door opener and checkbook. RES then forged stolen check.
  • 8/16 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered VIC’S locked vehicle by unknown means and stole VIC’S property.
  • 8/19 – Falcon Ct.: Unknown RES smashed VIC’s vehicle window and stole a Play Station 4 and a MacBook Pro.
  • 8/22 – La Sata Dr: An unidentified responsible broke the window to VIC’s vehicle and stole his wallet.
  • 8/23 – Cortona Way: Purse stolen from VIC’S unlocked vehicle (Occ’d 08/23 0850-1400 hrs).
  • 8/24 – Sand Creek Rd: Driver’s side rear window smashed and backpack taken.
  • 8/24 – Sand Creek Rd: Passenger side rear windows smashed, shoes and home goods taken.
  • 8/24 – Minnesota Ave: RES forced entry into VIC’s trailer and stole several dirt bike helmets and clothing.
  • 8/25 – Lott Dr.: Parked vehicle broken into overnight by unknown RES.
  • 8/25 – Verbena Ct.: Repsonsible smashed passenger side window and took laptop computer. Gray DELL Latitude 15.6″ screen.
  • 8/25 – Foxglove Ct.: Responsible smashed passenger window in an attempt to gain entry to vehicle. No known items missing
  • 8/27 – Shadowcliff Way: VEH window broken out overnight and backpack stolen from vehicle.
  • 8/27 – Elkins Way: VIC reported his company vehicle broken into during night and electronic recyclables stolen.
  • 8/27 – Sand Creek Rd: RES shattered VIC-1’s passenger window and took VIC-2’s backpack. Approximate loss $530.
  • 8/28 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle by window smash and stole Michael Kors purse valued at $280.
  • 8/28 – Sand Creek Rd: Four vehicles broken into via window smash. Multiple items stolen.

 

Drunk

  • 8/12 – Balfour: ARR was contacted in front of business. ARR was under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/21 – Cabrillo Way: ARR was determined to be too intoxicated to care for herself. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/24 – Oak St.: ARR was found to be intoxicated to the point she was unable to care for herself while in the restroom of a barbershop. ARR was subsequently arrested and transported to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.

 

Drunk Driver

  • 8/17 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR failed to yield and lead officers on a brief pursuit. ARR was subsequently taken into custody and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
    8/22 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was located sleeping inside of his stopped vehicle. ARR was found to be DUI, and a felon in possession of a loaded firearm, and in possession of a controlled substance for sale. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/22 – Chestnut St.: ARR contacted while sleeping and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR cite-released to mother and transported to Sutter Delta by AMR.
  • 8/26 – Walnut Blvd: ARR stopped for CVC violations and arrested for DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/28 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR drove his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and collided with a light pole. ARR released on PTA.

 

Embezzlement

  • 8/15 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR intentionally transferred money from a customer’s store credit card onto a card for herself. ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest and released on a PTA.

 

Fraud

  • 8/13 – Aspen Ct.: RP states someone used his identity to withdrawl money from his account at a bank in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
  • 8/19 – Sand Creek: ARR contacted during sus circumstance call. ARR found to be in possession of multiple ID/Credit cards. ARR provided false name, and found to be on felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/24 – Brentwood Blvd: An unidentified subject used a credit card to purchase $1702 worth of vehicle parts. The charges were later determined to be fraudulent.
  • 8/25 – Tartarian Ct.: UNK RES cashed VIC’s check for $3,400.

 

Grand Theft

  • 8/15 – Heather Pl: Cash stolen from VIC’s residence (Occ’d 08/08-08/15).
  • 8/16 – Second St.: RES stole approximately $1,439.40 worth of allergy medication.
  • 8/18 – Rampart Way: VIC suspects one of her caregivers stole jewelry from her bedroom.

 

H&S Violation

  • 8/14 – Second St.: ARR found in possession of methamphetamine. ARR released on a signed Notice to Appear
  • 8/16 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted and determined to be under the influence of a CNS. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/19 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted on a report of an unwanted guest. ARR was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and transported to MDF.
  • 8/24 – Creek Rd: ARR was contacted and determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

 

Narcotics Violation

  • 8/13 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/14 – Balfour Rd: ARR in possession of methamphetamine and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/15 – Fruitwood CM: RP rented his residence to the SUS. After a walkthrough of the residence, RP located Concentrated Cannabis and over Marijuana which belonged to the SUS.
  • 8/19 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be in possession of methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia, and a stolen debit card. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR, INV-1, and INV-2 contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR released on a NTA.
  • 8/24 – Brentwood Blvd: CIT was stopped for VC violation and found to be in possession of marijuana. CIT released on NTA.
  • 8/24 – Nancy St.: ARR-1 was in possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. ARR-2 found to have warrant out of Tuolumne County for 11377(a) HS. ARR-1 and ARR-2 released on NTA’s.

 

Other Violations

  • 8/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 and ARR-2 were stopped for driving a stolen vehicle. ARR-2 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia. ARR-1 and ARR-2 to MDF.

 

Parole/Probation Violation

  • 8/21 – Second St.: ARR was contacted and found to be in violation of his probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/22 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was located and had attempted to inject methamphetamine. ARR was on probation for 11550 (a) H&S. ARR to MDF.

 

Petty Theft

  • 8/12 – McClarren Rd: ARR admitted to stealing a bike from a residence. Owner notified and did not want to pursue charges.
  • 8/12 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole VIC cell phone
  • 8/12 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR arrested by Loss Prevention for theft and also found to be on misdemeanor probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/12 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted after shoplifting from a business. ARR resisted arrest and was taken into custody. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/13 – Sand Creek Road: Two black male in his 20’s stole several pair of versace sunglasses and a pair of Gucci sunglasses.
  • 8/15 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stole a halloween mask from Party City. RES possessed stolen property for TJ MAXX but they did not desire prosecution nor could they confirm a loss. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 8/15 – Lone Tree Way: RES fled the business after stealing merchandise. Total loss $35
  • 8/16 – Stonington Ct.: SUS stole wood rocking chair from porch of VIC’s residence. Loss $440
  • 8/17 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stole sunglasses from Sunglass Hut and perfume from MAC. Merchandise was returned and ARR was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility after being placed under Citizen’s Arrest.
  • 8/19 – Second St.: ARR was in possession of VIC’s stolen bike. ARR was on felony probation. ARR to MDF
  • 8/23 – Sand Creek Rd: RES tole $30 worth of Kingsford charcoal from outside display.
  • 8/23 – Second St.: ARR was contacted loitering in the stairwell near Brentwood Blvd at the Brentwood Professional Plaza and found to be in possession of a stolen bottle of alcohol from Safeway. VIC requested prosecution and signed CA. ARR released on PTA.
  • 8/24 – Sand Creek Rd: RES walked out of the store with approx. $234 dollars worth of merchandise. When confronted outside, RES fled in a blue Honda Accord, leaving the majority of the property, which was returned to the store. No prosecution desired. Taken were 3 plastic containers valued at $48.
  • 8/26 – Balfour: 4 RES’s entered Safeway and asked to get alcohol from glass case, when VIC opened case, RES’s crowded VIC out of the way and stole alcohol. Fled scene in unknown vehicle.
  • 8/27 – Second St.: RES’s entered store and stole alcohol from locked cabinet after asking clerk to unlock it. VIC was pushed during theft. RES’s fled scene.
  • 8/27 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted for shoplifting. ARR released PTA

 

Robbery

  • 8/12 – Sand Creek Road: RES fled from BPD after a suspicious circumstance at Fremont Bank.
  • 8/14 – Cheshire Dr.: ARR pointed a firearm at VIC1, VIC2, and VIC 3 and stole their cash and electronic items. ARR was located a short time later in possession of the stolen property. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/19 – Balfour Rd: RES entered bank and requested the teller remove all cash.
  • 8/26 – Troon Dr.: ARR’s threatened to shoot VIC if he did not pay money owed. VIC gave money to ARRs fearing for his safety. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Second St.: Unknown RES robbed the US Bank for cash. RES fled the area prior to BPD arriving on scene.
  • 8/26 – Sand Creek Rd: RES threatened VIC with pepper spray in the commission of stealing an unknown amount of property. Loss unknown.

 

Trespassing

  • 8/26 – Central Blvd: ARR contacted on property after being given trespass admonishment in the past. ARR in possession of alcohol in violation of probation. ARR released on PTA.
  • 8/27 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR-1 was located in a no trespassing area. ARR-2 was intoxicated in public and in violation of probation. ARR’s to MDF.

 

Vandalism

  • 8/12 – Corte Vista: RES spray painted derogatory statement towards police on sidewalk.
  • 8/17 – Valley Green Dr.: RP reported ARR damaged two doors at the residence, the total loss was $200. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/19 – La Costa Dr.: VIC reported his that over the past year, his window and the side of his house have been shot with BB pellets damaging his house. VIC also reported his dog was shot with BB pellets today.
  • 8/22 – Kayla Pl: RES smashed VIC’s window with a brick. Estimated damage $200.
  • 8/23 – Minnesota Ave: Gate cut open at business to gain entry to vehicle lot. RV’S and Boats broken into. unknown responsible.
  • 8/25 – Spruce St: Windows shattered on two separate vehicles. No items taken.
  • 8/25 – Oxford Lane: Shattered left rear side window. No items were taken from the vehicle
  • 8/25 – Castellina Dr.: A vehicle’s driver’s side window was shattered. No theft occurred.

 

Warrant

  • 8/12 – Broderick Dr.: ARR contacted on a traffic stop. ARR determined to have a Felony arrest warrant for 11378 H&S and 22410 PC out of the Pittsburg Police Department and a Felony arrest warrant 496(d) PC out of Contra Costa County. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle stored.
  • 8/15 – McClarren Rd: ARR found to have an outstanding no cite warrant (Mendocino County). ARR transported to MDF.
  • 8/16 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was contacted and had a warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF
  • 8/18 – Second St.: ARR was contacted and found to have a citable misd. warrant out of the Contra Costa County SO (11377 HS for $5,000). ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/23 – Country Glen Ln: ARR contacted as a passenger in a vehicle found to have an outstanding felony no bail warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/25 – O’Hara Ave: ARR was contacted and found to have two misdemeanor warrants. (594 PC out of Pleasant Hill and 11377 HS out of Brentwood) ARR to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR had a non-citable warrant and was taken to MDF.
  • 8/27 – Lone Tree Way: INV-1, INV-2, and ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to have a misdemeanor cite release warrant out of Nevada County for 647(f) PC. ARR released on a PTA.

 

Weapons Violation

  • 8/17 – Bloomfield Ct.: ARR in possession of metal knuckles. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR1 contacted and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR fought with officers on scene, and had a concealed machete on ARR’s person. ARR2 was taken into custody for a warrant. Both were transferred to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Oak St.: ARR was in possession of pepper spray while being a convicted felon. ARR to MDF.
